Thanks for the guide; I have taken a break but previously played Willow pos 4 exclusively. With the bedlam changes, I need some new heroes to select from (:
Amazing video as always Ahsan. You alone keep me wanting to play the game. I keep thinking "man I kind of want to play core..." but then I watch your videos and I go "holy shit support is broken". The way you think about the game is so different compared to everyone else. Thank you so much for your content and knowledge Ahsan.
Playing around CDs but also informing your team about CDS. The higher in mmr you go the more cd awareness people have, so its really high impact in low mmr to inform and convince your team to back off when you dont have cds.
There's a problem I face a lot when playing pos 5 like you half pulled the camp at 1:26 but in my case that camp is almost always blocked... do I always preemptively put sentry on small camp to check if the camp is blocked? Because I don't know if its pos 1 players problem but the lane always gets pushed after 1-2 waves Also one more thing When playing pos 4, you're buying 2 sentries as a position 5 but there's only 3 sentries available in the shop at the start how do I unblock the hard camp? Like what am I supposed to do in that situation? Wait a minute for sentry to spawn? or just always body block enemy's camp
@@vanilla_dota2 as a pos 5 look at enemy's pos 4 inventory. If he has sentry most likely it'll mean he hasn't blocked your small camp, if he doesn't have sentry then you can check your small camp with sentry, usually you'll check his inventory on bounty rune. as pos 4 you can get 2nd sentry after bounty runes. you body block small camp when it's safer to leave your offlane alone for a while otherwise you put a sentry. 1 of the reasons why your lane is always getting pushed could be you taking bad creep aggro while trading in lane.
Ahsan as a NP support would you generally suggest tping to fight with your team or use that commotion to split push and rat if you have a creepwave pushed close to the enemy tower? Ive seen some NPs go a fighting build while others play based on constantly applying pressure to towers to deter the enemy from being able to take full fights
the treant from nature's call has very good movement speed, you can keep sending them to lanes to hit tower, you don't need to rat. join good fights and avoid bad fights to rat.
What is your opinion on Mirana as pos 4 and/or pos 5? I play it a lot (used to have 3k mmr years ago, but now stuck at 2k since I play dota rather occasionally), but I used to play it like "low budget arrow thrower with eul/atos" (which used to work fine in my skill brackets) or build it as a semi-carry as shard gives nice farming capabilities (i prefer greaves + pike as core items in this scenario). Which facet is better and which level 15 talent is better (20% evasion from ulti or 90 leap attack speed)?
Good video, you should be more specific with how far you should position yourself away from your carry. like 800 range or 1000 range depending on the hero etc. How close is too close, how far is too far with specific examples.
@@AhsanDota Maybe the value in that facet is after creating an enemy carry's illusion, we can use it as well as Q it and push highground or something. I will definitely have to check it out. The Q's illusion is so strong already.
@@AhsanDota QW into urn, drums, force... depending on offlaner decently high kill potential with coldsnpa tornado into blood grenade + bonus xp for denying. Later on you can aghs and basicly become core with all the cc/disables you normally provide. Bigest downside is you can't trade for shit
@@diartrabalkan8413 yes seems viable. there was a meta when voker 4 was really good after that voker had some nerfs and i didn't check how strong/weak the hero is. I'd suggest you to try going solar crest on it, it's a very good early-mid game item.
I have a hard time playing Omni because his 2nd has long cd that's why I always pick Abbadon. They both mostly have similar skill but his 2nd skill only low cd
Why don't you picking shadow poison talents? They are very powerful. With good positioning you can easyly stack 5 poisons in teamfight, coz enemys won't look at how much stacks they gained. Also i feel like aether lens is really necesary, if you got a blink and cast range neutral you could cast your spells in fight almost without any danger. My favorite hero too btw
as i mentioned both side of talents are really good and you can pick it accordingly to your liking. i do go for poison talents in some games, it really depends upon game to game. aether lens is a good buy, no doubt but itemization also depends on player to player. some players will be comfortable playing without aether lens and some players will struggle without aether lens. do what u feel comfortable with.
I'm probably the only SD spammer lol, but poison is only good during the laning stage and stacking and that's it. With the changes to w over the past year and the addition of the facet, it's so much stronger/more useful than poison stacking. I also prefer just going blink instead of lens and getting a cast range neutral
@@SirRichardHardon nah bro, you'r not the one. I have 900 games, and in my experience poison could be good even in late game, when you have octarine, and with good positioning you can deal insane amount of damage with it. Also if you put all your spells on enemy carry, such as drow or mk, you can just solo them in late game. And on laning it could be not that good too. If your enemy knows whats happening if they gets 5 stacks, it's pretty easy to avoid, without additional control from second hero on your lane. So it's really depends, some games you can deal a lot of damage, some you should just play save/control.
