wrong! This rye bread doesn't fit to pea or beans. Rye bread tastes best with some fruit jam or honey, as well as it tastes well with butter and meat/salami or cheese.
Review inflation has gotten out of control! Solid packaging and moist towelette, but the rai bread is not it. Also you are supposed to put the coffee in the flameless ration heater water to heat your meal and your coffee at once. It adds good flavor and you can drink it right out of the bag
as a Latvian I am totally disgusted about these idiotic lentiles in MRE. The main course is great, the coffee is ok as well as other products there. But these lentiles is just a failure.

You're probably supposed to eat the bread with the main.

i would not use the water from a FRH, if its anything like a US MRE there is a chemical reaction to create heat and not meant to be consumed
