I love how bird like they are - I feel that too often dinosaurs are depicted as just big lizards, but here you can actually see the similar phenotypes (beaks, skin, eyelids) to modern day birds - pretty cool
good job on the animation, although i always think there's room for improvement. one thing i've not seen captured by animation is the incredible sense of weightiness but speed present in elephants and rhinos. they can be fast and stealthy when they want to, when they charge, and are not the lumbering sitting ducks and easy prey for predators. i'd love to see more vicious herbivores.
So modern animals in Africa all gather round the watering holes in the dry season and -- albeit warily -- drink together, but in The Savage Age of Badass Dinosaurs everything fights everything else, including members of ones' own species or even a species ten times your freaking size. Gotcha.
Bro if you think animals in africa all drink peacefully together Lion King style you're awfully wrong. Animals, including ones of the same species, bite, kick, push and intimidate eachother all the damn time. In a herd of 50 cape buffalo, only 15 - 25 drink a lot, the strongest and most dominant ones in the herd. The rest can't even get to the water without getting pushed away. Elephants especially are known for killing anything that gets between them and the water.
Tarchia is definitely a master of deserts and badlands.
Good design for the tarchia. I hoped we could see a fight between a tarchia and a tarbosaurus, in prehistoric planet
Maybe season 3
There is no way to be, because the tarchia is quite small. And tarbo is a hunter of sauropods and hadrosaurids
@@Marrow175Hadrosaurs, yeah. Sauropods, maybe (if said sauropods were children).
@@Marrow175tarchia will break the bones of tarbosaurus😭
Growing up is realizing the ankylosaurus family didn't have turtle-like armor but just osteoderms

We...do
Thanks for posting these vids, nice little scene of Prehistoric Planet.
It was goin to be a lot of swinging over that water hole.
Always found it a little weird how its mentioned the adult is around twice the weight while looking smaller than the juviniles
i had read, that waterspots was peaceful places, and even carnivores drank next to herbivores. its happen in the savannah too. is it wrong?😕
How did they mate?
muito bom
Bu hayvanın kuşlar ile akrabalığı olması tuhaf geliyor. ( bu arada evet kuşların terapot dinozorlar olduğunu biliyorum)

Dry season is not the same as a desert
Did any creatures die or even get injured in this clip? No. It's all just intimidation displays, which are obviously common among animals today.

Not to mention this kind of thing absolutely does happen in the modern day...
Anquilosaurio?
