this helped get rid of a lot of negative thoughts ...still not sleeping yet, but at least I'm calm and relaxed...I may have been a bit on the extreme end lately..maybe even a bit manic..great station!!!
Hello Alicia, i just lissten to this recording, anti liked it very much. i have listend olso to youre earlyer recordings ant i noticed youre voice is very calming ant true very good in the guidens in youre recordings. Howe do you prepare this recoriding ??
Soo I of course fell right to sleep mid way through because of you're super calm voice, will the affirmations and things still work whilst I sleep? Do I need to try and stay awake till the very end?
If your intention is to go to sleep then that's ok but once you're sleeping you're not getting the benefit of any of the suggestions. I would recommend listening sitting up and then getting comfortable towards the end of the recording.
Alicia Fairclough I've noticed Aussie women have the best hypnosis channels the other gal amazing hypnosis she puts me out with her shocks shes very good do you think the Aussie cadence is the secret ?lol
