    For the price this mini monitor speaker are amazing. I bought them two weeks ago and they surprised me, I thought they would not have bass but these are very good, very balanced bass present and crystal clear highs. Great Video 😄

    Your demo sounds good bro!
    I have a pair for my rear surrounds in my HTR.

    They play loud and true. Best $100 (on sale) I’ve spent for new speakers

    August 2024: These speakers may be outdated now, but I have never heard such quality before! I have bought four of these and two R-51Ms for my 7.1 surround sound. Right now, just listening to two of them in 2 channel stereo makes me wonder if I overspent. With twin 10” subwoofers, these speakers sound three times their size. WOW!!.

  • @DA-ou7hv
    @DA-ou7hv ปีที่แล้ว +1

    I have this pair and took the drivers out. I found a decent crossover but the matt or stuffing did not extend much beyond the back wall and the top end of the cabinet around the tweeter is pretty bare. I put in a little more stuffing along the side walls and around the top of the cabinet as an experiment, notwithstanding Klipsch's engineering prowess and I believe after listening to them a while they sound a little tighter and more defined. Stuffing in speakers often makes only modest difference, but these boxes are pretty bare and I am happy with the outcome of the update I made. Go ahead Klipsch and void my warranty...I don't care...

    • @phillipblades6784

      Thats what I just did yesterday. 16August2024. I went to Amazon and got two pairs of these R-41Ms and a pair of the
      R-51Ms, along with the less expensive, but highly rated Klipsch center speaker. Then four of the Wali wall mounts that are recommended by some reviewers of the speakers.
      This trip cost me a little over $700 after state taxes and free shipping, but I’m glad to finally get some respectable speakers for my surround system. I did a little research before the purchase and I have never heard a Klipsch speaker with my own ears. I’m sure they’re better than what I have now, but I don’t know myself how good they really are.

    Yeah those little woofers will mess with your head. My Rf 52's never sounded great to me until i got them on this Yamaha receiver i have now. I've had the RF's for about 6 or 7 years. the price was to good to be true so i reluctantly grabbed them up off craigslist. i've had them on 300w power amps, Soundcraftsman, Denon and on Marantz stereo receivers, Marantz AVR's and multiple other stereo receiver brands. Denon, Onkyo, Kenwood, Sony. they always sounded ok but they never hit their full potential until i picked up this Yamaha RX - V870. I had a smaller pair of RB 51's that i always liked better than the 52's, but i sold those before i got the Yamaha. i can't imagine i would have been disappointed with those on this Yamaha. Alot of it is just matching up speakers to the correct amp or receiver. My cheap 20 dollar 12" woofer KLH's sound better than my RF 52's on my Marantz units by leaps and bounds. But on this Yamaha the 5 inch woofer(s) blows away all the competition and hits the bottom end rating without a subwoofer, all day and twice on Sunday. Just dont give up on the small woofer Klipsch. keep playing around with different receivers if you pick these up and they don't live up to the review. I'm sure they're all that what this dude says they are and more. He's got a nice setup there.

    For my theater I would like to have smaller speakers as everything has to be wall mounted, but also fairly good sound (definitely not audiophile level). Do you think 4 of these, as front L/R as well as rear surround, paired with Klipsch r34c center and a separate subwoofer will be good for an entry level, first time setup? I am able to get these for 90 from Costco as of now.

    • @JeromeJunior
      @JeromeJunior  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I would run the R-51M as the front if I was you. The R-41M won't be able to keep up with the R34C in the front stage. I like the R-41M as surround speakers(atoms or rear).

    The Klipsch R and RP bookshelf speakers are all voiced like that, with a sucked out midrange. Their larger speakers with a midrange driver are less like that, especially the super expensive Legacy series like the Klipschorn, La Scala, and Heresy, with their horn midrange and tweeter drivers.

    I paid 84$ after tax on amazon for a pair of these and I returned them. I don't like that ridiculous klipsch sound that these low line klipsch have.
    These are meant for people with hearing damage,or bad hearing IMO.
    They also draw an absolutely ridiculous amount of power when asked to create bass, these are anything but efficient at the below 1 ohms they dip to around 300-500 hz.
