Just getting back in to heroclix after a 2 year hiatus. The new rally ability was a little confusing but this video was exactly what I needed, everything was perfectly and clearly explained. Thank you so much.
Great demonstration. I love how the rally dice in this set kinda help you get back at an opponent who has been rolling well. I like the rare beast with his rally. Used him pretty effectively in sealed.
I will (lets hope) Get to play Next MONTH! So i gotta learn how to use Rally..somehow i didnt get how it worked when i read the card..But After watching some other video(Sorry) i prob Now get how this work..
Lol it's all good, took me too long to make this video anyway. But yeah, it's not too complicated, just very wordy. It is a really fun mechanic so far though!
@@HeroclixHeadquarters Seems so..i have done some teams with Rally X-mens already.I prob should also mix some of HOX ones too in teams of "Rise and fall" ones..and maybe the animated series ones..Ugh,SO MUCH MUTANTS..And i also has to do some JLU teams and Amazon teams that has Bats,supes and Diana from the WW80 set..
Nope, they don't have to have RANGE or LoF or anything. Just whenever the right type of character (opposing, freindly, or any) makes an attack roll including the die it needs, you can put it on their card.

@Tiptup2000 Nope, don't worry, it's all on the card. For example, if you have a red rally trait for a 5, then anytime any opposing character anywhere on the map rolls a 5 in their attack roll (after all rerolls, etc.) Then you can put a really die on your characters card for later use.
I do like the idea! I used to do something similar in my old power of the week videos, and I still plan on doing something like those again in the future.
Just playing around with the new Scarlet Witch and Moria who grants rally die and all. Its such wall of text that its nice to be clear on it. Is there range of how far away mini can be to get rally die? Can one be way acrossed the board to get it?
Yep, there are no range requirements so as long as your opponent rolls a 5 (or whatever else depending on the rally effect) you can put a rally die on an appropriate figure.

So your character doesn't have to be the target of the attack to gain the rally dice? That Rally for Sabretooth sounds OP with B/C/F!

Can a character get more then one rally die? I thought they could only ever have one?
No, you can build up as many as you want, or as many as the rolls will give you, basically

Yes, he still has it traited and can use it normally

Rally has been one of my fave new mechanics. it is a lot of fun to use during a multiplayer game, so easy to gain those Rally dice!

Nope, there's no limit, you can have as many on one character as you want. If that number keeps getting rolled you can keep stacking them.
