@McArthur 💛75 I was almost 40 when I started listening to Nirvana and I’m still listening to them today. Don’t worry, you don’t ever have to get old. 😊
It warms my heart so much that people are still discovering and falling in love with Nirvana! I remember finding their Bleach album in my friends shoebox of cassette tapes. I remember dubbing my friends copy of Nevermind once that album came out. Then seeing their music video on MTV at my other friend's house, because we couldn't afford cable, and realizing they were no longer my secret little treasure. As an empath who was constantly bullied, mistreated and sexually abused, having Nirvana at #1 on the Billboard top 100 really felt like having an ali in the White House. It really felt like things were only getting better back then. Oh naivety, damn you!
I’m really sorry you had to go through that but you are right, even now things are hard for me but if I have nirvana then I can ik it will be ok bc I love them so much
I was born in 82, never got to see them live but I was a huge fan of them... I started skateboarding a year after kurt passed but they were definitely a part of that subculture that is still cool till today.

Awesome Mike. I was 14 and grew up in strict Christian house.
