Hi, my name is DJ and welcome to Limitliss! I am obsessed with designing and fabricating, and my mind is always going. I've done full paint jobs, custom built tools, carbon fiber fabrication, full car builds. Once I get an idea in my head, I always see it through, no matter the challenges it presents!
I hope you all stick around and check out some of videos and please comment! I will do my best to answer any questions you have!
Check out the build series intro to hear all about this Willy's Jeep build project.
    • New build reveal! You ...
As always, please smash that like button, subscribe and ring the bell so you never miss an episode!
This Jeep build is going to be epic! Very low, custom chassis, pushrod suspension, sportbike engine in the front, Porsche transaxle in the rear. I hope to be scared by this beast! Nothing better than a bike engine car.

My first thought for a name was Willusa, but not sure it’s the one. Let me know what you think it should be called! 👇

Your other comment about my plan for gears isn’t showing up for me to reply, but the plan is to leave the transaxle in a gear and shift the sequential bike trans. Possibly with paddle shifters too!
Then if I need more top speed I can change the gear on the transaxle again, or gear down for faster acceleration

Its a wolf in jeeps clothing. But a bit long for a name and i'm sure there's already a car this name

Willy Busa or Willy Booster lol. Don't want to sound like a know it all but maybe your gas flow is too high? or maybe you are sucking some air through a hole somewhere? those radiators are hard to weld though

I’ve tried quite a few different settings now. Sometimes I get great results, and others I don’t. For that little AN fitting, it actually arced out on the cap and melted the threads. Then I had to cut it off and weld another one on top. Just seems impossible to keep the arc where I need it, especially when it’s in a hole or gap. Just jumps back and forth, never where I need it and never gets a clean puddle. Everything else with this welder is awesome, just need time to figure it out for aluminum.
