"Close the blast doors" goes all the way back to 1977. Lucas left it out because he didn't like how it sounded or some crap... In the summer of '79 as a 9 year old I listened to the Star Wars Story record over and over again and it was in there. I was shocked to hear it in 1997's version when I was in my 20s. I also liked the Biggs scene being introduced as it added to Luke choking up when his old friend was shot down in the trench run.
The information on Oola here is also incorrect, nothing to do with special editions. Oola always got eaten by the rancor, it wasn't a new scene added - it served two purposes, one to introduce us to the fact a big (and yet unknown) creature lived below (which is why 3po warns luke) and also Oola's demise meant a free spot next to Jabba, which Leia took when caught.
Not all these are accurate, for example the 'close the blast doors' was always there, it just depended on the regional version (US, UK etc) They also used different takes of Uncle Owen and Aunt Berus post audio dependant on region and many other lines, like the storm trooper saying 'check this side of the street' in one and 'check that side of the street' in another. These were all the way back to the originals, way before the special editions.
I agree with most of these, with the exceptions of 2 and 1. 2 is just a dumb change that sort of did not work, a few more troopers would have worked, not an entire hanger and a tie figther. 1 is a a HELL NO for me.. it ruins RotJ for me as the old music and choreography work together, and the new music put the Endor celebration out of sinc and just felt plain wrong. Also your voice sounds AI and bothersome.
AI voice going for Alec Guinness? I can hear it but it’s not all the way there.
I agree 100% with ALL of these changes!

"Open the blast doors" No, that was the worst moment for comedy, and was jarring and distracting.
I do not approve of any of the changes the original versions for me
