I still have a lot of places to make modifications. After I finished making it, I still tested it in many places in my free time. But I don't want to continue making anymore, and I'm 😜 addicted to RTA again
A lot of the music's from Mega Man II or Mega Man World II, or The Game Boy Mega Man 2 Thing What With The Fella on the Jackhammer, which...really does, in fact, sound almost exactly like the originals. Maybe a bit too much, that game's soundtrack isn't exactly highly regarded, to say the least. As for the non- Mega Man World II covers, they still ain't great, but several of them are noticeably better, at least.
I played this hack for the first time when I was 7 back in 2011. It certainly hasn't aged that well, but as bad as it is, I can still see a lot of great ideas in terms of music and it still was a hack I enjoyed a lot as a kid because of its soundtrack. The level design is awful though, make no mistake. But, we need to keep in mind this was one of the first ROM Hacks to change the game in a meaningful way.
>Saved 54 seconds by using Normal mode That's not an obsoletion, that should be a separate category. That's not a knock on the quality of the run; I'd guess maybe 10-15 seconds of the improvements came from difficulty selection, so you've got plenty to be proud of here. But still.
The previous video was not set as a Hard% run on the leaderboard. It was an any% run that was played on hard. This is an any% run. The problem was with the original.
I never expected that one day the TAS I made would be here, and it made me excited🥳🥳

14:44 "Yo, this song is really good."
It's from megaman x spark mandrill stage
This music feels very... Babbie's first Megaman hack.
You’ll notice that the drumbeat of each song is the same
Feels so rushed.

Listening to the percussions in this hack's soundtrack for a prolonged period is giving me panic attacks.

Saludos cordiales desde Tijuana México
Yea, I remember getting quick boomerang, just closed my eyes the whole level, pretty much the same thing.
Having heard Gameboy MM2's soundtrack, and then hearing this, oh man... some of the notes are so wrong.
2:02 is this Battle On from TOME??
No, it’s Get Weapon from Mega Man III (Game Boy)

yeah,I still have a lot to improve, but I've spent so much time and effort in this TAS that maybe getting perfect needs to be left to other taser🤪
