Rockman 3: Speed Bound is a ROM hack of Mega Man 3 that combines the ROM hacks Rockman 3: Burst Chaser and Rockman 3: Claw. It takes the sped-up movement from Burst Chaser and sliding mechanics and weapon changing features from Claw and adds in original level designs and music to create a unique experience. Like the romhacks it borrows from, graphics and AI behavior has been changed as well.

This is a fine TAS. It's just the hack, itself, I somewhat have issue with. It's basically a "hack of a hack" due to it being basically a different skin of Rockman 3 Burst Chaser, which has seen a TAS uploaded not too long ago. Not only that, the whole music track and [some of] the weapon set seem to be blatantly ripped from Rockman 3 Claw (see the Magnet and Spark weapons for examples). Note that both aforementioned hacks made by Tsukikuro around three years prior to this one. This brings the originality of the hack down several notches.
That said, there's not to say that there are some interesting stuff here. The boss fights are still pretty neat (Top Man, lol), and the overall execution of the TAS, in and of itself, is still spot-on which is why it was posted to being with. I just kind of wished that there was a little more comparison between this, 3 Burst Chaser and 3 Claw to make sure that there is some uniqueness between uploaded romhack TASes.

No. It’s Double Dragon 2’s Intermission theme, when you go to a different stage via cutscene in the arcade version

Apparently it's just... like that in the 1.0 version of the hack (which this TAS uses). It was fixed in the 1.1 version.
