My Bruce Lee story: during the mid to late 70's i was a kid in elementry school in Tonga. One of Bruce Lee's movies just opened in one of the few theater's in town and everyone wanted to be him. Many kids were drawing him in their exercise books insted of copying notes from the blackboard. Some kids try to dress as him. But the biggest effect Bruce Lee had on all the boys( and maybe some of the girls) at our school was that the same week the movie hit the islands all the toilets in the whole school stopped working. This was because all the chains to pull to flush ( back then the water tanks were located higher so to flush one have to pull on a chain) were stolen. Of course the kids used it to make nun chuks. Unfortunately nun chuks were eventually banned and confiscated. Not because many kids got bashed in the heads but because the kids used the toilets and did not flush. And anyone found with drawings of Bruce Lee or any kung fu like figures were taken in to see the principal. But most importantly, Bruce Lee expanded our worldview from a small island culture to a more global community. I remember we had the most fun as kids during those times. So thank you master. Rip.
In 1985 I had a bruce lee doll. I loved that doll so much. All I wanted to do was be him, and I was born in 1980. So that was well after his death. I've been following martial arts ever since I heard of him. I'm not sure why I've been so infatuated. I'm pretty sure that he was more than just a man. Meaning, his Spirit was something alien, foreign, other.

In these Hadiths, muhammed said that satan cannot resemble him. And muhammed said if anyone sees him in dream and that the person he saw did not look like him, then he did not see him. If these hadith is true, then it make islam a false religion. Because many muslims and former atheists said, that they saw muhammed in dreams and that he did not look like the way he is described in hadith and that he was telling them to become muslims. If islam is true religion why would satan pretend to be muhammed telling people to convert to islam? This means islam is false.
Another hadith said, narrated by Ibn Abi ‘Aasim from Abu Hurayrah, that the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Whoever sees me in a dream has indeed seen me, for I may be shown in all forms”
If this Hadith is also true, it also make Islam a false religion. Because many people said that they saw muhammed in hell in visions. Telling them to warn muslims to become Christians and to stop following him. But they did not described how he looked like. One of them is a man from africa.

My Bruce Lee story: during the mid to late 70's i was a kid in elementry school in Tonga. One of Bruce Lee's movies just opened in one of the few theater's in town and everyone wanted to be him. Many kids were drawing him in their exercise books insted of copying notes from the blackboard. Some kids try to dress as him. But the biggest effect Bruce Lee had on all the boys( and maybe some of the girls) at our school was that the same week the movie hit the islands all the toilets in the whole school stopped working. This was because all the chains to pull to flush ( back then the water tanks were located higher so to flush one have to pull on a chain) were stolen. Of course the kids used it to make nun chuks. Unfortunately nun chuks were eventually banned and confiscated. Not because many kids got bashed in the heads but because the kids used the toilets and did not flush. And anyone found with drawings of Bruce Lee or any kung fu like figures were taken in to see the principal. But most importantly, Bruce Lee expanded our worldview from a small island culture to a more global community. I remember we had the most fun as kids during those times. So thank you master. Rip.
In 1985 I had a bruce lee doll. I loved that doll so much. All I wanted to do was be him, and I was born in 1980. So that was well after his death.
I've been following martial arts ever since I heard of him. I'm not sure why I've been so infatuated. I'm pretty sure that he was more than just a man. Meaning, his Spirit was something alien, foreign, other.
