Great Video!! I was looking for an in-depth video showing all of the functions of one of these AC machines and this was it! Glad to see the CCC are still implementing great programs for our students.
Glad it helps, this machine comes with a bit of a learning curve. Year after year I see the entry level techs struggle. Mostly with impatience and not reading the screen carefully.
@@paulkelley86 guilty- got to the “hybrid?” POE prompt before charging and accidentally clicked “yes”. all of a sudden, it started evacuating again. i went HUH? always read carefully, lol.
please go into depth about if the 1234yf machine if it detected 134 what would you do at that point. this is important to me, i see some say you have to decontaminate the machine . what is that process or are they blowing smoke, is it complicated. if thats the case i would just bite the bullet and buy a separate identifier so would not contaminate the machine. please talk about this.
also i would think at that point you would need a reclaim machine and put that contaminated gas in a dirty tank .well tank just for the contaminated refrigerant

vacuum leak test is for safety,this refrigerant is flammable.
