I grew up in the church. Also 35. Dad’s a pastor. I’ve seen more ungodly behavior within the church than most I would imagine. Worship team hooking up, affairs, betrayal, you name it. At the end of the day, church people are just regular people. And not everybody at church is there for Jesus. They think they are. It’s more human nature than anything else. Get in where you fit in. Where you feel bigger. More accepted. And point fingers at people who don’t align. Russel Brand said something the other day that stuck w me. He said we don’t need more Christians on earth, we just need more Christians to be like Jesus. This past year was the first time I ever sat down and read the Bible start to finish. I think everything you’ve been saying is truth. And Jesus wasn’t a Christian. Christianity wasn’t a thing until after his crucifixion. It’s important that people remember the whole point of this is to be closer to him and more like him. Your calling will upset people. So I’d say just be looking for those with ears to hear. Remember the disciples went 2 by 2 and shook the dust off their feet at towns who wouldn’t receive the good news. Anyway I have 2 businesses. God has put on my heart to start another that glorifies him. Hopefully I’ll meet you guys in the future so you can put your green thumb on it. A revolution is near.

This is so relatable on so many levels. Years ago I was in a big charasmatic church in Cape Town, South Africa and God told me to leave the church. I was like what! Couldn’t be. At the time I was working at a Christian music and book store. All I knew was that God had said he is calling me to the market place. It wasn’t a very familiar term at that time. When I left the church, people would come into the store and say weird things like, “do you really think this is your calling to work at this store!” I ignored them. Shortly after I became part of the managment team at 21 years of age. Fast forward I am now 38 and God has not let up. I had to leave jobs until I was obedient enough to start businesses. My prayers over the past year or so have been for the Josephs to arise, the financial stewards in the body. I’ve also been receiving a desire for farms and praying for christians to acquire farms. Stewardship for the end times and the seasons we are heading into.

Taylor! I am literally going through this right now and had a conversation with God about this earlier. I was crying. What Holy Spirit reminded me was of Jesus - He prayed to our Father if he could pass over "this cup" in regards to the crucifixion but then followed it by; "but not my will, your will be done", leading to Jesus death. Sometimes surrendering to God's will is NOT fun, it feels "unsafe" because we're in the process of fully letting go. There's a death to our ego and flesh in that. It takes us to the next level. For in our weakness that is when we're made strong if God. Powerful stuff! God bless!

Dude, I’m in the midst of a calling that came from God’s righteous anger. And I’m stepping into the great unknown for me. Known to Him. Having to release everything to trust Him. Grieving my current employment situation. Done. Stopped running from God. Now, going forward with Him. Oddly calm yet I have no idea what to do next. It is rather thrilling. Just going with the flow, now.

So good! ♥️ His kind of honesty from Taylor .. thank you! 🙏 I don’t like other Christians judgments projecting onto me & others either. It used to piss me off, still does a little, but now I understand that that’s coming from a place that just communicates to me how far from Jesus they are & how much they’re delighting in the own flesh (ego). Such a great conversation ♥️
    Thank you Brothers!

It was the opposite for me. I grew up building and opening businessea for corporate entities and then God came and snatched me for Himself.
You've used the gifts I've given you for corporate over kingdom for long enough.
The perspective of: I have no example of what he's calling me too - is so weighty, it's so hard to yield to. So glad to have found this channel.

39:29 I fully get prophetic words in music and lots of places. I also get confirmation in emotional waves. I feel that my ability to hear God has increased rapidly since your podcasts found me and I hear Micah’s testimonies. So much is resonant in ways few people can articulate. Often it’s either too scriptural and not experiential or much to occult framing. It helps me feel known and has amplified my own hearing.

I’ve been asking God for the past 5 years how my purpose shifted so quickly and why. You just answered my question in the first 5m of this episode. The red carpet was rolled out for me to enter a profession and I ate , drank and slept it , God woke me up told me I was x and it happened . After 8 years and a following God said go back to school . I suddenly got extreme anxiety about the previous career and have not been able to go back to it . I need to mourn it and it’s time to yet again move forward but I’ve been out of flow since Covid and dangling in the wind without hearing Gods voice for the first time in my life.

Oh 😎 brother you were teaching more than you know!!! Sometimes just leading people to remember the things they used to know, is a great teaching! Think Simba , he had to remember Mufasa ,his father . He had to remember who he came from so he could remember what he was born to be!!! It was a painful trip for this 60 year old widower 911 firefighter, semi pro hockey enforcer, boxer, wrestler, power lifer. I have lived many lives and so much pain connected to them all , I have made men bleed 🩸 and my blood 🩸 has been spilled as well! Through all the blood and tears, I would change nothing because at least I was always in the fight I have almost been killed many times , BUT FOR GOD!!! When the LORD TELLS ME MY TIME IS DONE ! At least I know my daughter my players and military men and women I have trained the brothers in my fire company, they all know that I lived with passion no matter what win or loss I always brought all I had in me! In the words of Paul!!! I fought the good FIGHT!!!

I know I hesitate on things God calls me to do and I wonder why it's so hard for me to obey and let go of things that no longer serve me.

Taylor, you are a beacon. I came across your channel by chance. I’ve been avoiding church messages because I’ve been frustrated with God. Let’s just say your channel is breathing new life in my relationship with him. Your channel isn’t for the people who are going to act nasty, or religious. They’re just exposing who’s influencing them. To them I wouldn’t give them the time of day. Jesus spoke what he needed to say and people followed him in droves. He didn’t have to go town to town talking about the religious folks that were dismissive of him. I pray for strength and grace for you to move into what God has next for you.

  • @stoicnihilism

Taylor, thank you so much for validating that message with Jonah. I have been saying for some time, what you said. But also on another level, the reason why I have been speaking that is because I think people need to understand that there is a difference between being obedient and doing God's Will (His intention for the action of which He asks of you). If Jonah would have went to Ninevah, just conveyed a message from God with no love or empathy, then he would have done what God had asked. But because he went and experienced the demise of which they were going to be sentenced to, he was able to deliver a message of empathy, sympathy, compassion, and love. I appreciate you, and as a previous business owner, and someone who's felt very disconnected from the church, I understand what you're saying probably more than most. Keep fighting the fight, I pray God speaks to me as clearly as you are spoken to because I have learned that I do not want to just be obedient, but I desire to be in line with the Will of God.

So, I am called to minister to The Church. I just got Saved in 2021 at 50 years old, unchurched. Wild stuff has happened. People in church dont even believe most of it!
But, I understand. They are withessing an anomaly. I'm not in a charismatic church.
What God is Doing is New. And they've been Christians for decades, attending multiple churches and they never saw God Do anything New.
As a new Christian I was frankly shocked and dismayed at the slander I received. Ive never had so much trouble with conflict as I have in church! However, God Taught me about spiritual warfare, and Ive read The Bible through. And now I know why there's so much push-back. The enemy doesnt want God's Power in The Church.
I have to routinely pray and ask God to soften my heart for His People. I also realize there are tares, and God will Sort us all out. Tares do not know they are tares.
Also, I have to remember the 20 veils God has Lifted off me in 3 years. Many of my brothers and sisters are veiled. And when you're veiled, you dont know you're veiled. He is now starting to lift veils, and I love it. He Lays Fantastic Groundwork. He Takes time to Prepare the vessels. So they can hold what He wants to pour out. That can take quite a while .
But, to see the fruit! Its wonderful and so worth the hard start. His Favor has now been Released and what Ive been birthing with Him is becoming manifest.
So, Im in this weird holding pattern in transition as well. He's starting to prune off the old but the new is still vague. Its uncomfortable but also Im keenly aware its a rest after the warfare and labor, before promotion.
    God is Good.
    Thanks for this video.
Thanks for reading this post as well.
Addendum: folks, God is Stirring up His Church. He is stirring up His People to read Scripture cover to cover. This will protect us from false teachers and false prophets, and strengthen us to endure. It is time to Press In, Church.

I’m listening to you guys and I’m brought back to just one, just one of tragic moments in my life. I had just got back to a hotel room with my wife, we spent a night in Pittsburgh because her appointment with a specialist was early in the morning and it was a several hour drive. She was told that she had a football sized mass in her overies. She had advanced cancer it was basically you dead you just didn’t know it. She was 48 years old we had one little girl. I held her in my arms as we both wheeped . Listening to you guys made me remember saying to her I don’t want to do this without you. I have been broken on this kind of level so many times, so much loss and I talk to GOD ALL THE TIME but i don’t hear him the way you guys say you do . And now in order to touch my wife I have to walk to our hill and put my hand on the tree that now grows with her ashes and the ashes of our first 2 dogs that we had together. I feel like I’m doing it alone even though I know GOD has this . I just wish he would come sit and talk with me.

43:03 | The parable of the farmer sowing seed reminds us that our role is to act in faith, sowing seeds and trusting God to bring growth. Spiritual maturity comes from relying on God, glorifying Him through our weaknesses, and remaining faithful in our actions. Being born again gives us a new identity in Christ, which is far more valuable than worldly power. Plant the seed and let God handle the rest.

One of the most UNCOMFORTABLE things I’ve done was step into Him telling me to start a group to teach business owners how to build their businesses His way and not the world’s way…part of the crazy part was I wasn’t even a business owner at that moment! So I straight up argued with Him. I know exactly where I was sitting in traffic and it was on the heels of going thru a freaking STORM n I was praising Him for showing up and exacting both justice and compassion (and also kept me out of the clink lol) and it was that very moment that He said “I want you to start a group.”😳 I was scared to death n I’m not scared of anything lol but now it’s been 2 years and what God has done in business here in Pasco county FL is WILD and to think that I actually argued with Him lol

The vibe of this session was thoughtful and honest; thanks for pushing the boat out a little further. than usual, very inspiring. I feel like THORIN AND I KNOW WHERE HE ENDED!!! It’s tragic! I have never heard that poem before and again, it brings me to tears some days or like that I guess just days of sorrow. on the morning of 9/11 so many of my brothers and myself rushed to the towers strange what a beautiful morning it was, and how tragic it would become from all the noise and clatter, and screams to darkness and silence. Our faces were covered in sweat and dust in blood, and we failed to save even our own brothers. It is a broken, feeling to watch people die, and you have no power to stop it, and then you tirelessly dig to find them only to find them in pieces. that powerless feeling so many times when I felt human lives, passed away in my arms, and there was nothing I could do to change shit or to stop it, children strangers, and then my own wife. I have been in the arena so many times literally blood even beaten, have been many victories, but there have been many losses as well. I thank God for this life, but it has not been an easy.

This makes total sense. Everything, and I mean everything in our lives come full circle, and when it does, we re-live parts of our life that were left hanging and open for answers. We live our life and resolve different seasons and we always have to connect the dots so we can move forward. I think this is why people end up depressed, they refuse to deal with things in life that caused trauma, but that trauma is what puts you ahead of others so that you can live your life on purpose. I am not too sure we are not in a type of purgatory (for lack of a better word), where we have the time and energy to fix the open spaces and if we don't do the work we have to settle in to things in life we never wanted, but no longer have a choice. We must have confidence and faith in Jesus and our God to use to move us on the chess board of life. IMO and this is what I am getting from your message here too. I feel strongly that is the season we are in and why things appear to be so chaotic. So that we pay attention to what is in our own lives and fix that so all of the other puzzle pieces eventually fit together. We are told that there is nothing new under the sun, so if that is the case we live in the same cycles of life as past generations.

Haha I know that sounds tedious but God has been bringing me back to the book of Joshua and Deuteronmy. I feel like I’m about to walk into a promised land season of life. I’d love a way to memorialize it in a way that maybe celebrates the way it would translate from Old Testament times to current day. Probably overthinking it but it’s been on my mind for awhile I’m just not sure how I should do it. Guess I could go make a pile of rocks in the back yard haha or maybe I should just ask the Holy Spirit!

35:16 I completely understand and relate. The bible is a family book. And family matters are discussed amongst family. So the Sons of God talk about these things amongst each other. We understand the message of the Kingdom and what Kingdom living looks like on the earth. Unbelievers and religious people are in the same boat, they reject God. Unbelievers do not want to subject themselves to God as their ruler, and religious people replace God with the rituals/traditions of man. So I completely understand why Tyler doesn't want to talk to the church (as the world sees it...brick and mortar buildings where people gather to hide themselves from the world 3-4 days a week). It's the same reason Christ couldn't speak to the Pharisees, they did not know, want to know, or want to hear the message that Jesus was sent to share, “preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God” (Mark 1:14).

Jesus' baptism was an example of memorialising his at-one-ment with God. That got bigger than Ben Hur! Now we believe that we get just because we want or, even worse, because God would allow someone else to die for our sins. The crucifixion was more of the memorial to the knowledge/teaching that we never die.

The bible even says that most who say they believe in Jesus will not enter heaven because he never knew them. I think when most Christians read that they do not think of Jesus talking to them personally and I think they should think Jesus is personally saying that to them. It would help with introspection.

On helping Christians, they seem to know everything already and miss the very obvious.

When people say “I don’t like Christians” that’s like putting one race all together and saying “I don’t like this race.” It would be something to say, “I don’t like religious Christians” which clarifies a particular Christian you don’t like. Words matter and the comment of not liking Christians is the main thing that bothers me when I listen to this podcasts. How about using “Religious Christians” or “Religious People”? Not all Christians are the way you or others are portraying them to be.

53:12. I disagree with you about the Olympics. The return of open pagan worship needs to be talked about for what it is.
    That is VERY spiritually significant.
If we cant speak out about the spirit of antichrist, then what are we even doing?
That Feast of Dionysis was a bold move from the enemy. Im not letting that ride. The Church must call out pagan worship for what it is.
Taylor Welch, you know the progression of this, don't you? Read in the Old Testament about pagan cultures. Child sacrifice, rape, all manner of sexual perversion, and cannabalism.
So, I'll be speaking out about that.
Have you read up on The Feast of Dionysis? Cannibalistic orgy. Nothing to tolerate.

I Hate you guys but I don’t. But for some reason listening to you guys is digging up painful moments. Now I’m brought back to be a little boy on a beautiful summer night as the sun was setting. I was playing with my brother and our friend Peter from across the street and my little girlfriend Christine ! It is one of my memories that was deeply buried and you guys just dug it up. It was a beautiful moment of childhood we were between 5 and 8. The tragedy is my friend Pete’s dad was a child molester and I was one of his prey. In all that twisted evil the memory of that beautiful summer night still remains in my mind as one of the best nights a kid could ever have. And so ono again I wheep for that little boy who didn’t understand what was going on.
