    Dont use PLA for car parts it will deform, use PETG or ASA. Get polymaker. 245c for nozzle and 80c bed when printing PETG

      Adding to above comment, pla will melt and deform in tje truck luck old audio cassets

      I used pla for testing, got a good petg on the third try.

    elegoo is an amazing filament buuuuuut it warps soooo bad some times lower the bed temps large prints are hard to prevent the warp definitely try lower bed temp also close up the chamber and dont open it at all any air flow warps it pretty quick

    looks like you got a clog or the drive gears are gummed up with filament dust or too loose, because it should have no issue pulling that kink into the tube.

      when you do a purge does it shoot off to one side, if so try doing a cold pull.

      @@alamoworks5947 Not sure you can do a cold pull on QIDI extruders. At least on my Q1 Pro (which I think uses the same or a very similar extruder) there's no way to release/disengage the filament feed gears.

      It looks like it just stuck in the tube. When I release the tube at the head, the filament came right out like it fed everything it could. The next roll fed through the whole role, with no problems, so far, but there is a little left to go through.

      @@Ughmahedhurtz Usually I have to cut the filament when I replace the role and it runs out at the empty role sensor. But the end of the role never got to the sensor.
