I strained my hamstring three weeks ago from overworking it during a squats workout. I can still feel tightness, even when I sit. I heard that I should NOT stretch it, instead I should just walk and ice...what do you think?
I injured my hamstring 3 tym's in 4 months... after which i took rest for a month nd started treatment.. and again rest for about 3 weeks nd i started strengthin and stretchin for about 2 weeks... i played 2 days back nd i feel slight pain... so any suggestion or treatment for me ?? Waitin for ur reply..
I guess I'm just confused about what the "early stages" are. First hour? Couple days? A week?

depebnds on the grade of tear, but nothing less than 3 days
