Saved my life multiple times when I had a weak heart and through the years… many times I began to go into cardiac… but I took the cayenne tincture and it fully opened everything, moved my blood and saved my life. I truly would not be alive without it because I used to have chronic angina … and other major health issues due to some genetic problems. I’m well now.. PRAISE GOD ALMIGHTY and His Son, Jesus Christ!

I had received a steam burn on my wrist that caused a large blister, excruciating pain. I was advised to apply honey first
(antimicrobial properties), then to sprinkle cayenne pepper to draw heat out. Cover loosely with a paper towel, and pain would dissipate within 20- mins.

I was on a road trip years ago when I sprinkled cayenne on my food, outdoors. A wind blew the cayenne into my eyes and at first I panicked. Then I remembered an eye remedy by Dr. Christopher, I believe it was, that contained cayenne. I relaxed and the cayenne just naturally washed out of my eyes. I discovered cayenne pepper more than a year ago, as I was constantly using Pipi Piri's peppers (I just love spicy food :) ) I had serious stomach issues 15 years ago, and the last year, due to some stress cumulation, I started having some stomach problems again. I started implementing the cayenne pepper in my diet, substituing the pipi piri's pepper. I can only confirm that the pain from my stomach was gone in few days and I haven't had it since :)

I love hot stuff! Specifically I'm a habanero guy. Every day 3 - 6 habbies in some sort of dietary fashion, fresh, most often dried or in sauces/salsas since my late teens. I successfully deferred my first colonoscopy until I was 60. My results came back, in the Dr.'s words, "squeaky clean, not even a polyp, certainly nothing to merit a biopsy". I mentioned my hot pepper consumption and he basically poo-pooed (no pun intended) any connection. Coming up on my next one in a couple months, 10 years later. I guess we'll see...
Still on hot peppers, daily regularity, no stomach/gastral issues or other worries.

It's true, there is no upper limit in your drinks. I have been loading up on it.
Begin with a half gallon of Water. Remove one cup of water (why? so there's enough room in the container!) Add a cup of white grape juice. Squeeze half a lemon in there. Add a teaspoon of salt, a pinch of baking soda, and as much Cayenne Pepper as you would like to enjoy. The taste is best enjoyed cold.
I like to squeeze a bit of raw honey into my cup when I have only apple juice instead of the white grape juice. Pear juice could work; pear juice heals to cool rising heat (if you're into Chinese medicine or menopause 😉)

If am on lood thinners, will the cayenne pepper cause a negative action?

the question is, why are you on blood thinners? If it's for "high blood pressure" I would talk first to a natural health practitioner about that issue but keep cayenne near me just in case (heart issues).

No. I threw out all my heart medication and replaced it with cayenne pepper. I had my heart checked after 2 years, 3 weeks ago and the cardiologist gave me the all clear. Told the Dr I was using it and he said nothing. I guess he already was aware of the benefits as he never mentioned me going back on medication. Cheers

Check out herbs like yarrow, henbit and purple dead nettle, you can make salves with it and I can tell you that I put it on a child who had insane itching and she quit itching for a while, you have to reapply it after a while.

Did you get an answer? How often does one take the cayenne amount with water. I got start small, work up to, but how often per day, and for how long?

@@horsedogcatponyshowI take 1/4 teaspoon - sometimes half - with a glass of water with 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar per day. One morning and one at night. I also often add a few dashes of paprika to it

@@lapislazuli7876 Thanks for the comeback. Since I didn't hear from anyone I started with 1/8 in food 1X day. Then 1/8 tsp in food 2X day. I can now do 1/4 tsp in food 2X day. I will start now to do the water and drink it down 1/2 before food 2X day. 👍 Thanks again.

CPR is also very good first aid when there is no pulse, as in the lady in Barbaras story, in fact, it may be helpful to do CPR before you find the cayenne 😲🙄 and then you could use both....i mean how long are you prepared to wait when someone doesnt have a pulse?
