- Tortola is the largest and most populated island of the British Virgin Islands, a group of islands that form part of the archipelago of the Virgin Islands.
The northern coast has the best beaches on the island, including Smuggler's Cove, Long Bay, Cane Garden Bay, Brewer's Bay, Josiah's Bay, and Lambert Beach. In addition to beaches, marine activities such as sailing, surfing, scuba diving, kite boarding, and windsurfing are available. Many tourists visit the historic sites and hike in parks. The island is visited regularly by large cruise ships.

Wow! Absolutely Beautiful!
Personally having sailed through the Caribbean I like the BVI and St John USVI the best. I like St. John because in addition to great beaches and some fabulous homes there are a lot of very good restaurants. The BVI is a bit more laid back. There are some poorer areas on these the islands but they don't look poor. No trash, no graffiti, nothing decrepit which you do find elsewhere. The beaches are great in the BVI although the best beaches in the Caribbean are in St. John USVI. One unfortunate aspect of Cane Garden Bay it has become the cruise ship beach with the same issue at Trunk Bay on St. John USVI
Would love to visit but I don't have anyone there
Beautiful! What month was this video taken?
