Woodlawn - Ottawa - Ontario
Woodlawn is bordered on the north by the incredible Ottawa River. There are many opportunities for recreation, fishing and camping all along the river. On the other side of the Ottawa river is Quebec.
If you travel west of the Ottawa border you'll venture into the Ottawa valley. Traveling East will get you to Montreal in under two hours. And to the south is Highway 416 which will take you to Ogdensburg NY in about an hour. Or, if you keep traveling south to the 401, you can get to Toronto in about 4 hours.

Personally having sailed through the Caribbean I like the BVI and St John USVI the best. I like St. John because in addition to great beaches and some fabulous homes there are a lot of very good restaurants. The BVI is a bit more laid back. There are some poorer areas on these the islands but they don't look poor. No trash, no graffiti, nothing decrepit which you do find elsewhere. The beaches are great in the BVI although the best beaches in the Caribbean are in St. John USVI. One unfortunate aspect of Cane Garden Bay it has become the cruise ship beach with the same issue at Trunk Bay on St. John USVI
