OMG, thank you so much! I've had my machine for years, and suddenly it stopped spinning and my clothes were having to be rung out before going into the tumble dryer. I cleared the filters etc, but no joy. I set my machine's dials when I first had the machine, and rarely change the programs. However, turns out, that the dial on the right for spinning had been turned to off sometime recently. Because I never adjust the dials (they've always worked fine as I set them originally) I never bothered to check that particular dial until this morning. lol. The machine is working as normal now, thank you!

Is there an option for a normal wash which is the fastest time. I can only get it to wash for 3 hours which is a pain as I usually forget it's in. My old washing machine had a 30 minute option for a normal wash that's all
This machine takes 3hr minimum. Please make video for 30-40mins quick wash.

Yes it is a common comment about modern washing machines that the programmes do take a long time.

If you look in the Manual you get with it setting 8 is a 20 minute wash.

i have this machine and one thing that keeps bugging me, is when i put bed sheets in it will beep at me throughout the wash. I believe this means the weight distribution is off because the sheets have all bundled together. What should i do when this happens?
This is always a difficult one but washing machines need several items in to try and balance the load so ideally get a couple of other items so the machine can balance the load out if possible.
If you have a chance, would you be able to do an overview of one of the new Zanussi’s?
I've cut my waste pipe, to make it shorter, is there anyway that I can attach a rubber adapter of some kind, so that I can attach this to a water out outlet?

Is there a way to "pause" the drying cycle to remove clothes that dry faster than the rest? On mine I can only pause this machine when it's in a washing cycle but not in a drying cycle. Is that normal?

You will have transit bolts on the back of the machine that need to be taken out before it is connected and used. These hold the drum steady during transit. If you don't take them out, there is a good chance the machine will get damaged when used, and it won't be covered under the manufacturers warranty to be repaired.

I’ve had this machine since Tuesday and it’s not working properly as it keeps beeping and pausing itself plus it’s taking forever to do a wash! I give up after over 5 hours and then have to keep switching to rince then spin and drain, it’s driving me mad!
Normally the advice I give is to make sure the program is suitable for the wash load. If the load for the wash should only have a max load of say 3kg, and you are trying to wash 7kg then it will take a lot longer than the program states. It states this info in a chart in the instructions
But should it keep beeping?
What settings works on time saver and energy saver work on on the iwc71252wuk
I have a IWC81482 AND WHEN I TURN IT ON ITS KEEPS LIGHT UP 3HR AND THE RED LOCK SYMBOL comes up bit nothing happens ,have cleaned out the bottom where the muck builds up and still not working
The red lock symbol normally indicates the child lock is active

If i have greasy clothes and a full 8kg load what option programne us best to choose
I would use a higher temperature of around 40 or 60 degrees and a Cotton program to get the clothes clean
I use mix cloours programme at 40

This machine wash time seems to be 2hours and the clothes do not get clean still stained why is this
It could be the detergent you are using, try and use a good quality detergent as some cheap ones are not very good. Also select the Cotton program and maybe a slightly higher temperature than before which should hopefully help to get your clothes clean.
Why does the wash indicator light come on and stay flashing and bleeping half way through the program?? This is a brand new machine.,first wash..
Is the performance of the wash ok? It could be that the water pressure is too low and it is needing more water to perform a wash cycle

It more than likely goes over the time because the was programs you are selecting may be for smaller loads and you are putting in a bigger load than the machinevis expecting.

You can use it on a quick cycle but as this is only a washing machine then it won't dry the clothes. You would need a washer dryer for that to happen in a single machine

Washing machines have the option for a quick wash, but it should only be used for not really dirty clothes otherwise is it impossible to wash stuff correctly in a 30 minutes run at 40c

How do you use the dryer
This is only a washing machine, it doesn't have a drying function
What does it mean when it is leaking at the side
Not too sure, but it could be that the water connection to the soap drawer is loose, i really depends where the leak is coming from. It could also be that the pump rubber has split slightly if it has been put on a sack barrow incorrectly then this can be an issue. Hopefully it is still under the manufacturers warranty and they will sort it out for you.
How to unlock the childlock?
Mine constantly beeps when it's doing a wash.

I have had flooding because the drainage pipe is low to the floor and has to be lifted up the height of machine and then into under sink plumbing. What can I do about this please?
Does sound odd, i would first of all check to make sure there is no blockage in the waste pipe. If you have a stand pipe that the waste pipe goes into, make sure it isn't pushed too far in as well.

My white wash goes over 5 hours then I just cancel it
You want to make sure you cancel it towards the end of the wash. Not sure why it's taking 5 hours? Try reducing the detergent as it may be that you are overdosing and that increases the washtime
@Lords Electrical I know, 5 hours is new to me, I've been using washing machines since I was 18, I'm now 30 and never seen the likes of 5 hours. I only put it small bit of detergent as I have sensitive skin, and only put in a small wash,

Please stay away from this model of indesit because washing process takes hell Hours! When I started washing, Russia hadn't attacked to Ukraine. When I took my clothes out of washing machine Russia already invaded east of Ukraine!

Which program are you using? If a short program is not working then I would recommend using a longer eco or cotton program.
This is the worst washing machine I've ever owned, trust me stay away from this brand, the amount of wrinkles in your clothes and the time it takes to wash it is really bad and clothing sometimes gets stuck inside somewhere and shreds it, it really is that bad 👎

@@bigbootybryana Absolutely terrible washing machine I've everyone across. Instead of putting a wash on and walking away you have to keep checking and changing programs. I've noticed that I've to put it on drain and spin after most washes especially no 8... going to get a Hotpoint ASAP.
