My go to bread recipe is your Amish white bread and shared it with my sister and it’s hers too. I bought the Bosch a few months ago and I can make a double batch of the Amish bread at a time. Thanks for your video and will try this recipe too
I have never seen a mixer like that before . I thought Bosch only dealt in music things. I only have a small stand mixer but will try these breads with the more amount of flour.
I'm trying this recipe now. The difference is I weigh the flour. I use more than 1,08kg which is 9 cups according to the conversion on internet.. But the dough is a bit wet and it climbs up the center shaft 😟
In my bosch mixer the dough rides up the middle thing and it squishes under the metal kneeding apparatus and squishes down the little holes and out the bottom of the bowl. Have you ever heard of anyone else having this problem? It makes such a big mess. Im so disappointed in my machine!
And me! Ive had it for years! I had my own wedding cake business and used it all the time to make cakes and cookies ( big batches), but it has been in storage for about six years, as I closed my business but ive just decided to start making my own bread, so im going to get it out and have a play! I cant wait, im sooo glad I didnt sell it

Thanks for printing the recipe out. Can barely hear (or understand her).
By the way - it is spelled Flour not Flower.

I have a Bosch and love it! What pans and what dimensions?
I do not think 9 x5. I want to know too???????????
1:24 1:26 she says it here and I think it's 9"× 5".
@@ariainman6691 I do too
The tins do not look 9 x 5? Smaller? I will weigh the dough. Thank you for sharing.
I do not see a pan size listed here anywhere. They don't look like a 9 X5 pan, what size did you use?
Do you use bread flour in this?
Please don't forget to include the pan's dimension
What temp was the water?
Where is the recipe to print??

What does under proof mean.

That has happened to me and I took it into my bosch store and they balanced it. I don't know what that entails, but it solved the problem.
@BBarbaraF thank you.
We can't understand you. Please print out your recipe.
No one has a machine like that.
