Always bringing us in with that killer B-Roll, and you had some killer transitions in this video. Thanks for the video as always! 3-2-1 is always the way to go!
I loved the color of the Chicken Fried rub beforehand and after the ribs were cooked. I'm usually a baby back machine but those St Louie ribs looked rocking. Nicely done brother!
I watched this video days ago and I was intrigued by the cutting board. I lost this video and couldn’t find it again, but I luckily stumbled upon it just now.
I just finished watching your Brisket Burgers live stream replay and the notice for this vid popped up. Great looking ribs, Josh and Babe! I really like how you took the time to show us exactly what you did to make this food happen. It's great to see Josh looking so healthy! Excellent work peeps!
The temp at the grates usually runs about 30-50 degrees cooler than what those dial gauges tell you. Put a probe near the grates for better accuracy. But running an offset is more look and feel. My favorite way to cook!
Nice looking bones, Guys... I love my Highland, once you learn them I will say that you can cook on them as well as any big smoker there is With all the mods I have and time invested I can set it where I want and yes I can go 3 hours before it needs more wood od Lump. Great job.......
On this cook, I just used lump only. Sometimes I throw in some apple wood chunks with the lump.... Just depends on my mood. Hahaha. Appreciate you watching the video.
I love ribs and those you have done are a couple of racks of deliciousness. Sweet Baby Ray's on them at the end too...awesome! Good job on those babies.

Hey Josh, On your fire management, did you use any would for smoke taste or any wood as part of your fire management? Sounds like you just used lump?
On this cook, I just used lump only. Sometimes I throw in some apple wood chunks with the lump.... Just depends on my mood. Hahaha. Appreciate you watching the video.
How many times did you have to refuel the lump charcoal?
I think two or three... I honestly can not recall on the exact cook.
Looks Delicious 👍🏾👍🏾
Thank you so much
Nice Cook Josh.
Thanks Brother! Appreciate that. Stay strong.
Cool video. Wish you would have used the same cut for both test runs.
We wanted to try something different. Next time we will do the same cut for sure. Thanks for watching!
Do u maintain a 250 temp?
Correct
Great cook Kids ! Very nice looking ribs for sure ! Give me the St Louis ribs any day! Bigger meatier and a great rub from Brother Bill !
Bills rub is so fantastic we can’t stop using it!! The ribs turned out by far the best we’ve ever had!
Now the kids can eat - I wanna be a kid. I haven’t tried jealous devil yet.
Our kids are always eating, always hungry! Haha… jealous devil is the way to go hands down!! The best charcoal out there, completely worth the money!
I love ribs and those you have done are a couple of racks of deliciousness. Sweet Baby Ray's on them at the end too...awesome! Good job on those babies.
Thanks Rob! We were pretty proud of these ribs! The flavors were so fantastic and the tenderness was perfection.
