Hey Dustin! I have so much to learn about BBQing! I’ve never heard of these sayings. But it totally makes sense. Gosh they both looked really good to me!! We love ribs!! The honey finishing glaze sounds amazing!
Man I hear ya!! I haven’t brought that thing out in over year or more. I really like it. I just need to invest in some heat tape or liner. It does lose quite a bit of smoke from her around the lid. But still produces great food!! 💯🔥 thanks for checking it out man!
Great looking ribs Dustin! Man, I haven't done ribs in a while and now you've made me want to grab some tomorrow for this weekend! Thumbs up from here man!
Thank you for your video I just moved very close to your area but my question is how do you keep a consistent temp with your grill? I just bought a offset smoker grill and trying my first smoked ribs BBQ of the season and im having a heck of a time keeping the temp below 300°
Great Job Dustin. 3-2-1 & Stick Smoking. Answered lots of questions. I'm curious what temp were you running. I have only ever done 3-2-1 and no wrap using a mop sauce. No wrap needs to be 225° or they get dry. I recommend you try a cook using maple syrup instead of honey, tastes delicious. Cheers from the Arizona Desert, Chuck
Oh man!! I bet they turned out great!! My parents always made them in the oven and they always were amazing!! Thanks so much for stopping in!! Have a great day!!
Nice comparison Dustin, they both look delicious! I almost made ribs yesterday, and now after watching this I wish I did. When I do 3-2-1 I smoke at a lower temperature in my pellet grill. 2-2-1 works great at about 25 degrees warmer. And for me anyway, it depends on how late I am running LOL! If I don't get them in on time, I gotta go a little warmer so they are done for dinner 😀 Great job either way on those ribs brother!
Hey Kevin!! Thank so much man!! That totally makes sense. When I try the 221, I’ll definitely crank up the heat a bit!! I really appreciate it. Hope you have a great day!
Awesome! They were both great!! If I were to do the 2-2-1 again, I believe I’d crank the heat up a bit more closer to 275. Either way they were very good!! Hope you have a great day and thanks so much for checking it out!!

One for you and one for me lol!! Looks good brother!!
Yes sir!! 😂 thanks man!!
Thanks for the vid. When you put the wrapped ribs back in the smoker, you should try putting the meat side down and see if you like the results.

Boy they both sure looked perfect to me lol. I usually go 3/2/1 myself but the others looked awesome too 👏👏👏👍
Yeah 321 is my go to. Very dependable way to cook them with great results!! 💯 thanks so much for checking it out!!
I love ribs and I like the 3-2-1 but will try the 2-2-1

What temperature were you smoking
YUM
Hey!! Thanks so much! I really appreciate you stopping by!! Have a great day!!
That's why I love getting my ribs at Costco......well...several reasons, but mainly because they remove the membrane.
Awesome ribs brother. I do the 2-2-1 . My 3-2-1 are always fall off the bone when i do them. So i go with the other way.
My whole family loves the fall off the bone but I enjoys a little bit of a bite!! I believe the next time I do 221, I’ll go a little higher heat!
That wind was no joke man🤣 I think I like the 221 method better I wouldn't say no to the 321 one tho🤙🏽🇺🇲
😂 that wind Man!! Good lord! Thanks brother!
Been using 3 2 1 on bb for years with great success but yesterday I did it and they were falling off the bone tender but rather dry.
I call BS on removing the membrane
too much rub...I prefer to taste the meat.
