Nicaragua has presented its case to the ICJ demanding that judges impose emergency measures to prevent Germany supplying weapons and other assistance to Israel. I'd imagine it won't be long before the UK finds itself in a similar position.

The fact is the UK government has been given legal advice on all matters ( including the suspension of donations to UNWRA).
Therefore the question should be:
What is the current legal advice being given and does it contravene International Law?
The government should be ordered to publish the current advise.

What is not illegal, that the western countries do?
Surely the British government cannot claim deniability on the matter when the time comes to render account.
The Balfour Declaration states "His Majesty's Government view with favour the establishment in Palestine of a national home for the Jewish people, and will use their best endeavours to facilitate the achievement of this object, it being clearly understood that nothing shall be done which may prejudice the civil and religious rights of existing non-Jewish communities in Palestine, or the rights and political status enjoyed by Jews in any other country." Leaving aside the fact that His Majesty's government had no legal right to give away a country or tract of land belonging to one party to another, it is quite clear that from the start these rights have been taken away from the Palestinians and that Britain has aided and abetted almost every action taken by Israel against Palestinians for decades, most unbeknown to he the majority of the British people, it has and is being done in their name and with tax money paid, I do not agree to this and a growing number of Brits feel the same way. I have no idea how anyone can say everything is being done to protect innocent lives, we can see with our own eyes it is not, is this the mentality of all those involved with the military?

I saw a video of a 8th year old boy in a Gaza Hospital whose parents were killed in a israeli air strike and who lost both his legs as they were amputated. The hospital is existing on diesel generators as the occupiers shut down the electricity.
