To me highlighting takes time; so much work to do (right click and select highlight). For practice is ok to highlight, but I don't suggest you to highlight in your test. You'd better understand patterns in each question type. Most of the time answers come in order, and often you don't need to scan a whole passage all over again.

In case of random sequence questions Should I read all the questions before reading the passage... or should I read the whole passage first. or should I read one question and then go to the passage, find the answer, and then move to the next question...

I really hate Ielts Reading and in Summary I am so nervous because I am working on it right now and so hard because there are a lot long and scientific nervous words to find an answer😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

I find highlighting very helpful.
I think if highlighting takes too much time you, it may be that your computer skills are a bit too slow.

It means you can answer gun or airgun. Just to confirm, you shouldn't include any brackets on the answer sheet ;)
