How did you get the n/s seat belt behind the panel as that isn’t hollow like the driver side. Also how are the seat stays (black red bar) fixed. Cheers 👍🏻
Hi Casey, the N/S belt took some work to get to fit. I had to dremel a cut out of the material that was in the way of the seat belt position. I missed this in the video unfortunately. But, I found cutting a slice down the one side and then forming the metal backward to create room for the belt helped the most. Just be careful with this as the outside panels of the van are behind this. Just remember to paint and protect any metal that you expose by cutting or drilling to prevent rust. Good luck! 🤞🏻
my caddy is the same colour, and 5 seats, from factory, saved a lot of hassle and streetlegal XD BUT i would change the double+single seats to 3 single like you have ANYTIME. removing the doubleseat is a pain in the back and in the ass -_-
Great work, I'm just about to embark on the same job. Wondered what your plans are regarding the centre seatbelt, is there a way of putting a lap belt in there?
We are glad you liked the video. I have looked into this and yes you can simply buy a lap belt which is fairly cheap and easy to install. If you are willing to do the extra work you can weld/mount a piece to the inside of the roof which a pull down belt works off. I will sort the lap belt eventually but never need to use the middle seat anyway
Orite boyo, I'm not a million miles away, port talbot, I done my seat conversion 6 years ago but welded them in I'm about to do another one as just got a new van, any conversions for sale locally
@@iamyourfuture808 yes there are. You remove a panel in the back of the van. This is shown in part 1 so it may be worth checking that video out and it will be more clear

Hi, sorry for the delay! Not that we know of..
hey! is this a service you offer? looking to get some seats installed! thanks! R
Hi Rhodri, this currently isn’t something that we offer unfortunately. If there is any other way we can help then please let us know. Thanks!
why?
@@iamyourfuture808 because I can not have 4 passengers in the van and very easily unclip the seat to give me the full space of a normal van
@@KMBuilds are there footwells for rear passengers to put their feet?
