Earth Friendly Kitchen is going live for Christmas Feast!

Hey everyone! We’re going live at 6pm EST on December 21, 2024! This will take place of our usual Sunday episode that is sent out every week. We will be making a Christmas Feast for 8 with all the trimmings plus dessert for less than $100**. Whether you want to make this along with me or just watch for helpful tips on creating your perfectly low budget holiday meal, all are welcome! Join in for a fun time with great advice, a little chaos, a lot of laughter, and chat along with me in real time. See you then!
Ingredients we’ll need are:
4 x 10oz white button mushrooms
2lb fresh green beans
3lb russet potatoes
8oz plain panko bread crumbs
1 quart heavy cream
1 Half Gallon Whole Milk
16oz mozzarella cheese
8 oz Gruyère cheese
16 oz cheddar cheese
1 lb pasta (medium shells or elbows)
1/2 cup flour
14.5 oz canned sauerkraut
12oz spicy brown mustard
1lb stick butter
4lb Fully Cooked Smoked Ham
14 oz honey graham crackers
1/3 cup Brown sugar
2 x 4oz packets of instant chocolate pudding
1 hersheys chocolate bar
**These ingredients at my local store come in right under $90, but depending on where you live or which store you choose to shop in, this will alter the cost to be more or less. Always choose less when possible! And if you need to substitute here and there, then do so!
