Yes! Fried spaghetti is so good! I’ve chopped up leftovers, mixed them with eggs and cheese and breadcrumbs and made fried spaghetti balls! So good

My first husband’s mom made something similar to this - I remember the first time I saw it I was thinking “what the?” but it was delicious! She incorporated leftover pasta in hers (chopped it bite sized - crazy! Only an Irishman would have leftover pasta! 😆) What a memory!

@@mel49ers that’s a beautiful idea. I know my mother in law does a similar thing. They’re always handing out food to one another. What a beautiful way to build community.
@@earthfriendlykitchen it is amazing living in apartment how close we all get and look after each other some like me have no familysome have family who come when they can an other family who never come around so you learn an help each other.

Sounds wonderful I have a thing against the traditional flavors of split pea and ham and navy bean and ham they turn my stomach but I can eat chili,red beans and rice,bbq baked beans, pasta fagaloi ,minestrone? It's the beans celery and ham smell 😫 I would love to know more bean recipes that don't involve the prior to try?😊🧡💜🧡
