As far as pies go they didn't even place. I know they made their own pie, had a full day, made 4 pies, tinkered with ingredients, seemed to say each pie was undercooked by a pro pastry chef...this recipe not only looked smoother, it literally was smooth, way less hassle for what looked to be a superior taste. However... the Claire/Brad team, Molly/Carla duo, can be a debate that's worth arguing over for the next century.
The boomer is literally the guy who decided to keep this group together. He didn't have to promote Molly after all. And make no mistake, while this group is likable in NYC they are pretty replaceable.

He's hilarious in his attempt to "boss" his staff while his staff just throw everything right back at his face and how he just mostly laughs after being roasted. Also the fact that he mostly has no idea what he's doing in front of camera, it makes it even funnier.

Growing up my mother made this pie every year at Thanksgiving. It was and always has been the thing I HAVE to have at Thanksgiving, even if I'm spending the day with my husband's family. The recipe I've been using for the past 7+ years folds in whipped cream in addition to the egg whites for a _really_ fluffy pie. The pie is not served flat as the BA folks did, but is a hill that rises an inch of so above the edge of the pie plate. This is really easy to achieve since it is so fluffy, just pour the filling into the middle of the pie plate and refrigerate, and it will set up like that. It's nice to see BA cover this, because I think the reason some people avoid pumpkin pie isn't that they don't like pumpkin, it's because pumpkin pie can be a dense, heavy dessert. Pumpkin chiffon avoids this issue entirely.
Massive improvement in Adam's behaviour. He showed respect, consideration and wasn't trying to one -up or belittle anyone. So glad! I Love everyone's personality, presentation and their interactions with each other in thé BA épisodes but thus far, Adam's behaviour always rankled and his interactions with others left a sour aftertaste. So happy that now Adam seems to have done some evolving. Well done!

Massive improvement in Adam's behaviour. He showed respect, consideration and wasn't trying to one -up or belittle anyone.
So glad! I Love everyone's personality, presentation and their interactions with each other in thé BA épisodes but thus far, Adam's behaviour always rankled and his interactions with others left a sour aftertaste.
So happy that now Adam seems to have done some evolving. Well done!

Yeah, it felt like they've finally read all the negativity the fans have for Rapo, and this episode was to try and stem some of that.

I don't mind Adam actually, enjoy watching him cook!
I've not particularly liked him whenever I've seen him before, but he's starting to grow on me. Pairing him with Molly, who makes a good foil for him, balances out the egotistical side of him you normally get when he's by himself.
I know people don't necessarily like Adam in the videos but I revel in this chaotic energy. It gives me life.
I love how Adam knows what he’s doing, but looks so lost in this video.
