You have to continue breast feeding until you plan your next kid don't stop at 1 yr. Breast milk is called liquid gold!! It is indispensable for a child's physical and emotional development. I have 2 children. First one was breast fed for 1.5 yrs and 2 nd one for 3 full years. First one was shorter duration due to work related issues. 2 nd one I was determined to continue for longer. My 2 nd one was at 39 years of age so breast milk came late after 24 hours. Baby latched literally for 8 hours continues!! It was cluster feeding without actual feeding. It was a horrifying experience but my daughter is more confident as a 3 yr old compared to my so 9 yr old. It is very very important. Thank you for sharing this video

Enakum c section than..hospital la romba kastapatten breast feeding plus breast ah press pani pani milk eduthu paladaila koduthom coz my son was low birth weight(2.3)..hospital days were so hard..but i am so proud that i breastfed my baby after 1/2 hour of my csection..he has got the golden milk..after coming home had so much of fear and stress but my husband was very kind and supportive..now my boy is 9kgs..active very playful..daddys boy..Nanum nariya oats sapten nala water kudichen.. Still m breastfeeding my son he s 1 year old.. And i trust my body and my baby.first 6 full months only breastmilk than koduthen even though many people told papa ku pal pathala intha dialogue ella mommies kum solluvanga but kandukathenga... Mukiyamana vishiyam nama confident ah konjam happy mood la iruntha nala milk secretion irukum.. @@benazirbasheer4710 after half an hour nurse took him nd breastfeed pana vachanga avangale I didn't wake up I was almost in drowsy state.. but after 1 hour I started sitting position with help of adjustable bed in hospital I never fed him in lying position.. enakum pain ah irunthuchi but doctor allow panala elunthu ukanthu than tharanumnu sonanga so I followed blindly with somuch pain but just for my baby
@@benazirbasheer4710 It depends upon one's body condition. For my first baby, I couldn't get up for 3 days, was in hospital for 5 days but 2nd for baby I got up within 10hrs of surgery and was discharged within 3 days (1 day surgery and 2 for po care).

yen husband yen kooda illa.... he working in Chennai.... he is my biggest support.... but ippa yen kooda illa athuvay yenaku romba stress ah iruku.... but itha avunga kita sola mudiyaathu... avungalum feel panuvaanga.... daily kashtama iruku.... yenaku 3 yr la oru paapa iruka... now 1 1/2mnth baby

Just add water to oats with 4-5 pods of garlic and we can pressure cook for 1 whistle. This is how I take oats while breastfeeding

Our body generates enough milk as per baby's need. I wonder why previous generation moms and aunts always says you don't have enough milk which is the most annoying thing to hear during a breastfeeding journey. Don't trust anyone, if your baby wets diaper 6-8 per day then you are producing enough milk. Keep feeding the baby 2-3hrs or pump 3hrs once. Include oats, soya chucks, avarakkai, kovakkai, tapioca and if non veg you can have chicken, mutton and fish. Stay hydrated, have 3-4 of liquid. If you feel really exhausted feeding 2 babies, please check with your doctor before opting for formula as they might prescribe which one to go with. Just stay happy and trust your body ❤

Breastfeeding is not easy as u portray da.i have suffered with mastitis, blocked ducts, cracked nipples.cant even explain the pain
What r the symptoms u have for mastitis

@@nivetha6958 hot pack , how showers . Not all the times, heat worked for me.i popped the white dot that I got everytime with blocked ducts which leads to mastitis untreated with hot clean or sterilized needle.then pumped the milk out
