Hi Jamie, I remember this place. The first red room.. I didn't like color, but the tassels are a cool touch. Love the kitchen and the huge entertainment center. The 70s/ 80s wallpaper tells it all... Outdated!! Mother nature always has her way into these million dollar homes.. Whether it's mold or water damage. The staircase is a plus, but the marage of wallpaper and colors are too much of decades past!
Awesome house and staircase. The wallpaper in the laundry room and downstairs bathroom and the bedroom upstairs and what I call the girls room is atrocious but like I said awesome house. What a great explore. Thank you
The mansion was nicely decorated in some parts of the room but ghastly in others, especially in terms of the wallpaper. A little repair and renovation works carried out would make it as good as new. A mansion which would befits one desires and style, if a new buyer ever decided to restore the mansion. It was big and spacious. Would be a delight and a dream comes through for an average person to own such a lovely home. But most probably, the fate of the mansion is hanging in the balance. The chances of it being demolished and replaced with high rise apartments as is the norm in Canada nowadays is hard to ignore. Thanks Riddim Ryder.
Im honestly shocked this place is still around. With the area its in I swear it would have been demolished by now to build a McMansion. I love that huge family room off the kitchen I wouLd love a room that size. Amazing. Great explore Riddim/UBJ.
UBJ when i compared the first visit to this visit the changes ares shocking they aint coming back theres no attempt at even placing a bucket like in other mansions its beyond repairs and that master bedroom was locked up originally perhaps as a storage room. I know i stayed at a AirBNB once and the mansion had most of the rooms accessible except the garage where i assume they stored spare mattresses/furniture. Its possible this place might have been a furnished rental. Anyway great tour and so sad to see this one neglected .

ok watched both vids. Interesting to see the changes - made by 'nature' and not vandals. Not only are the flags and dolls missing but aren't the rubber ducks too?? I've grown fond of the entrance (love the stairs) and don't mind the wallpaper and blue but the bright red room right off it is a bit much. Don't so much like the other wallpaper and so many mirrors, wow! Kitchen needs a redo and the living room/salon I think has too much big empty space. Too bad about all the water damage. There's my 2cents.
This house is much older than it actually looks, it has the old style walls, laugh and plaster. Surprised this house hasn't been taken down yet. Last time I saw a video on this place, which was over a year ago, they said it was coming down within a few days after the video. If you consider this a mansion, it's definitely not a big mansion, compared to homes nowadays.
I believe the original part was built in the 60s! I did see the property has finally been sold before this visit so I suspect it will come down in 2022 some time

I'm with you on the off center fireplace and the poorly designed kitchen. I doubt that kitchen was meant to be functional for cooking, but more often used as a bar. The place looks more like it was owned by a company and used for meetings or retreat/party palace. I know I saw the 1st video because I'm positive that you wouldn't find 2 places with that red, white & blue couch nor totally plaid bedroom. Whatever it was they should have found a new decorator.
