all i had to do was accept the terms and conditions from the last update i did on ios. i opened settings, clicked on my name, and clicked on ‘agree to terms’
Having this problem with a brand new iPhone 12 Pro (iOS 14). I have gone through all the solutions offered in this video a couple of times, but I still have this problem. I'm going to try a Factory Reset now and start all over, setting up the phone from scratch bit by bit. Hopefully that will fix this.

Everything is on yet I still get "Unable to connect to server." Reluctant to do a reset as I'm not sure what all that will affect.
