I'm so glad that you and your loved one which is Damo are so thankfully by the way you take a few minutes to jot down a note on a thank-you card or simply acknowledge them in person for their impressive work. While this might be the simplest gift you can give, it can really make your contractor feel appreciated which is their lunch break time including while their doing it.
Hello Ryan and damo after quite sometime. Good to see you. I thought you're starting build in the new property but this is another addition next to kitchen
Interesting vlog as always! Lovely couple, looking good dad and son, and handsome Otis, of course. THE NEW BUILDING!🥰😍🤩 About the grasshoppers at the beginning of this vlog, I think there's been a joke among Thais: "From destroyers, when they come to Thailand, they become almost extinct." And now, it's like you bought them from a seller or from a farm, but it’s almost impossible to find them in nature. What can we say, it's so delicious!🤔😅 P.S. What happen at the end😂😊 Can't wait what will come next!
Just chilling in the garden of my house that has been sold....... You know what? At dusk....the smells, the smells of the plants. I can smell the earth and the nature that I cannot see. I think, you know what I miss about being a child(of course amongst many others) are the smells. Stop and smell
Friday afternoon and the beer itches were coming here in na jomtien, and ryan dropped a video just to remind me that Saturdays are better off waking up fresh in these beautiful lands. I swear this isn't the 1st time between your naked guru channel and this one. It is the universe speaking to me. Stay fresh! Next level, Soul! Cheers mate ❤
Been watching for a bit now and I think this is one of the best. I’ll make sure to watch to the end so it counts right in the algorithm. I think these are very well done videos, interesting content. I particularly like the building process.
You certainly have a good one mate would like to think that I have one too we are embarking on major projects ourselves opening a cafe with thai food Renovating a building installation of shopfronts
Exciting episode guys, Funny ending with Damo filming Ryan looking at The Doors! Haha Damo is very good with business and work , comparing steel prices etc...her talents exceed some men, like me! 555 Thanks for having some Hugo and Otis time on the vlog as well. Everyone is busy busy, yes I can see how having a project is exciting. Having more personal and/or family space is necessary as the family grows. Keep it Flowing guys, stress free and time to complete is how to roll. As always. Peace, Love, and Life in Rural Thailand.
Gotta love you & Damo Ryan!!! Love your interactions with one another…….you’re a match made in heaven 😉 Love baby Hugo ❤ He’s just getting cuter & cuter everyday 😊 Now, with that being said, Otis sure is growing into a heart throb😂 He’s just getting too handsome 😊 Thanks for sharing this awesome video guys!!! You’re very creative as a couple and we love watching your journey on this project ❤❤❤❤❤
Another banger! thank you for the videos :) so nice to follow along with all of your updates from the farm... The footage is great and I'm loving the music in this episode. Curious about the ingredients in those energy drinks that the builders are neckin'.... i'm guessing lots of caffeine and taurine?
Looking good Ryan. Snakes everywhere after the rains…S-I-L just got back from the hospital after a 4ft green snake got her as she opened the driveway gate…they gave her serum snd sent her home so I guess it was a large green cat snake stalking geckos under the UFO light and not a green pit viper. Looking forward to the next episode!
Are you building a studio? Sounds like a very nice plan. I would love to have my own place to meditate 🧘🏻♀️. I’m also planning to move to Thailand in the near future.
Just sayin, think you should have considered "insulated sheet roof panels" rather than concrete tiles bud. They not only deliver the dual function regarding insulation and water dispersal but also provide for a perfect seamless base fit should solar racking be a consideration now or in the future , worth doing the math re cost mate, No worries It's never too late address options later, could be better to have a higher stack of 15 baht concrete tiles than worry about impending humidity temperature and comfort levels when Damo embarks on a hunting mission though 🤸♀💃🕺🤣🤩😍💋
Exciting to see some new construction and to see what it's going to look like. (I am not building expert either and know nothing about Thai style construction. I suspect the reason that the insulation would normally go on before the tiles is to try and avoid heat transfer from the tiles into the building frame. I wonder if anyone here knows for sure the reason?)
@lifeinruralthailand I thought for a few second I was watching a replay of an old "Benny Hill show". Being English, Ryan, you may know what I mean, as would some of your older English subscribers
it is odd that grass and the soil is under the floor, in Europe that is not allowed never, instead 6-316 mm gravel thick layer properly tightened with a machine
