Nice selection of healthy food especially the almond milk, avocados and berries. I no longer eat soy products and it has made a huge difference in my stomach & digestion. Love that dance in the opening Chey!!😂😅🐾💗
Thanks for sharing and food is life!!! I don't eat breakfast because I do intermittent fasting but I do eat breakfast foods during my "window". I love avocados...on everythang :)
