Alpha Lipoic Acid Benefits - Avoid The Scams
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------
There’s more emerging news every day about the amazing health benefits of Alpha Lipoic Acid and it’s backed up by clinical studies. Benefits like:
    - Nerve pain reduction
    - Nerve regeneration
    - Decrease in elevated glucose levels
    - Improvement in insulin sensitivity
    - Reduction of elevated cholesterol
    - And it may even promote weight loss
So, it’s no wonder that people are rushing out to buy this amazing antioxidant. But beware of the Alpha Lipoic Acid SCAM!
Did you know there are 3 different forms of this antioxidant, but Only One Form has all of these amazing properties. Most supplement companies will sell you the wrong form, which isn’t effective, simply because it’s much cheaper for them to manufacture and they get a bigger profit margin.
So, Which form of Alpha Lipoic Acid or ALA do you need and Are you buying the correct one?
Alpha Lipoic Acid exists in THREE DIFFERENT FORMS but only One Form is EFFECTIVE.
The only form that is EFFECTIVE is ‘R’-Alpha Lipoic Acid.
This form is biologically active and exists in the natural form you find in your body or in food. This is the exact type of ALA that our body makes and requires.
It’s twice as potent as S-Alpha Lipoic Acid or RS-Alpha Lipoic Acid
And it’s both water and fat-soluble. This means that it can get into any and all cells, unlike other antioxidants like vitamin E, which can only get into fat-soluble cells, or vitamin C, which can only get into water-soluble cells.
R- Alpha Lipoic Acid is the only form of that anyone should take. Otherwise, you’re just wasting your money. To get the correct R-ALA, visit our website at: bit.ly/Nuphoria-Gold

Four months after a two month stint in the hospital with covid and a twice collapsed lung I had pain in my heart (or heart area) when I breathed in deeply. The pain wasn't lessening at all with time. My doctor gave me an IV of Alpha Lipoic Acid and I swear to god 90% of the pain was gone by that evening. Then the following week I got another IV and the pain was 99% gone. After the third IV the pain was completely gone and hasn't come back and that was a couple of months ago. I'm a believer. My doctors all believed that I was suffering from nerve damaged from the emergency chest tube that they put between my ribs and that my heart wasn't involved.

Try Fenbendazole for the cancer! It's an anti-worm medicine for animals, but people can take it as well. It happens to also kill cancer cells really effectively. There are a good number of people that were stage 4, tried this drug because they had nothing to lose and got cured! Do your research and good luck! The only contraindication I know is you can't take it if you're pregnant.

Will R ALA help with back pain caused by spinal stenosis etc.? I've had many injections and an ablation that left a huge dent in my hip area. They said the nerves will grow back but I don't think they have. Why don't doctors ever mention natural supplements like you have? It's always about keeping the patient “sick” and the money made from that. I bought what you suggested for my husband who has post-hermetic neuralgia from shingles. His doctor thought it was cancer! I cannot wait to see how he does. I also ordered him L-lysine, olive leaf extract, Vit B complex, Vit D. It's a horrible pain. I even researched the New England Journal of medicine and they are “ trying” to find a cure for various types of pain. Not one word about anything natural! Somehow I'm not surprised. God bless you and your family! Thank you!

Thank you Doctor. I learned a lot from you. More than 10 years ago, I had a flu that lasted for more than two weeks and self medicated with antibiotic. I lost all my muscles and was diagnosed with Miller Fisher Syndrome which was treated with 5 nights of Immunoglobulin vaccine thru IV. My neuro doctor explained that my own immune system attacked my nerves instead of attacking the virus. The sheet that covers my nerves was damaged by my own immune system. I think I have an autoimmune disorder.

Then I contracted Covid in early 2020 (loss of taste/smell) which I am sure made my pain worse. However, the pain has lessened due to my changing jobs. (I sit at a desk now) .. Every evening I do Yin Yoga & eat a very clean diet. I have good days and bad days depending on my stress levels. Also, look into Qigong. That has an amazing effect on healing the body too.

I started taking ALA based on another TH-cam channel promoting the benefits or ALA, but there was never any mention that there were two types of ALA on the market, R-ALA and S-ALA. So, being naïve, I went out and bought the cheapest version there was which was RS-ALA. I'm finishing up the first bottle now and had ordered another bottle to continue on, thinking that it might take several months to be able to see a difference. Thanks to your video I now know that I have been wasting my money, and I returned the other bottle I had bought too. Now on the hunt for the R-ALA, (Real-Alpha Lipoic Acid).

      Hi Alan Smart,
I'm glad you found our video informative. We do not carry a stand-alone R-ALA supplement. Because, in our vast experience we've found that when a person has moderate to severe PN or if they've had it for longer than 2 years, R-ALA, by itself won't get them across the finish line. So, we created our nerve support formula with the proper amount of R-ALA (600 mg) along with all of the other critical nutrients for the nerves as outlined in clinical studies. You can find our formula, Nuphoria cm gold and its listed ingredients at healmynerves.com/collections/our-products/products/nuphoria-cm-maximum-strength?

Make sure they take a good look at your spine. Thirty years ago I hit something in a field that sent me off the front of a Banshee topped out, somewhere around 60-70mph. I only remember shifting in to 6th... and then ambulance lights. I broke the face guard on my helmet. I had a concussion, a small chunk of flesh missing from my leg, broken and dislocated collar bone. What I just found out 2 years ago is that I have a spinal compression injury between my shoulder blades. It's really been wreaking havoc on me for the last few years. I have no money or insurance so I can't do anything about it. Had I known about the injury then, or even 5 years ago when I still had insurance, it could have been fixed.

I had yet to learn about this! But recently, I read in a doctoral thesis that when you gave alpha lipoic acid (it didn't mention anything about R-, S- or RS ALA) to a group of patients in a dose of 600 mg daily, they recovered within three months from their dilemma. But now that I have listened to this video, I realize how important it is to choose the non-synthetic tablet, which was probably meant in the experiment I referred to above. I have suffered from what I initially called Morton's syndrome, which may actually be neuropathy, although a recent blood test shows that I do not have diabetes. When I thought I had neuropathy, I bought alpha lipoic acid tablets (without an R in front of ALA), and they have made no difference either, which is explained by your explanation. Outstanding presentation and analysis, for which I thank you very much! ❤🙏
PS I saw another article that mentioned that they also tried giving 600 mg of R ALA to patients suffering from Alzheimer's. However, I don't know how the tests turned out, as I didn't get access to the site, which I don't want to pay for (I'm just an ordinary but curious person!) DS

I'm truly happy to help. Now, here are a few things to consider. If you have been using R-ALA with minimal results, then you'll need to complex it with these vitamins B6 (Pyridoxal 5 Phosphate), Benfotiamine(B1) and methylcobalamin (B12). That should make a significant difference. Also, having patience is the key. Nerves are the slowest healing tissues in the body and it can take anywhere from 8 months to 2 years to fully recover. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. Blessings.

Hi Danuse. I know it's definitely enough to make your head spin. So, your understanding is correct. However, they began to learn through further research that although the 'S' enantiomer stabilized it, it could actually deactivate the activity of the natural 'R' form. Now a molecule of sodium is used to stabilize the the R-ALA. Anytime you see the word stabilized after R-ALA on the ingredient label or if it says Na R-ALA it means it's been stabilized with sodium. Hope this clears it up for you. Blessings.

@@NerveDoctors May Allah reward you well, Doctor. I follow you from Morocco. Sorry, I don't know English. I rely on google for translation. I took alpha lipoic acid after Dr. Berg talked about it in one of his videos and advised him to take benfotiamine and tocotrionols with him, but he did not advise taking 900 mg. I am from pain strength doubled the amount. I ordered it from iherb and the pain actually stopped and I recovered and the problem came back after six months but this time the disaster happened I forgot to mention I visited the ear specialist after the dose and after the examination found that the ear crystals came out of their place and I lost my balance and after the taming session thank God it improved
Thank you very much, dear madam. Much love and appreciation to you from Morocco🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Hi Claudia. I'm glad that you found our video helpful. We do not make a stand-alone R-ALA. We do however use R-ALA in our Neuropathy formula, Nuphoria cm Gold. If you're looking for a complete formula here's the website: www.healmynerves.com. If all you would like is the stand-alone R-ALA, this is the brand that I recommend: amzn.to/3Dy0PdG
We have no affiliation with this company. I recommend them because they're a good quality R-ALA and they're doing the manufacturing properly to maintain the integrity of the R-ALA. Let me know if you have any questions. Have a wonderful weekend. Blessings.

Such a great video, doc. Thank you so much for this. One question though, is it true that taking R-ALA can cause severe hair loss? I've read a couple of reviews from people who started to develop severe hair loss around 3 months after they began taking R-ALA.
    Thanks!

    • @NerveDoctors
      @NerveDoctors  ปีที่แล้ว +26

You're very welcome. R-ALA does not cause hair loss. On the contrary, clinical research has shown that it can slow down a receding hairline and facilitate new hair growth by blocking enzymes that threaten our hair roots in general. Typically, what happens with hair loss is that a person has an underactive thyroid problem that has gone undetected or they are deficient in minerals and trace minerals. Thanks for the great question. Blessings.

Hi Fayth-Anna. That's a beautiful name. Yay, to getting the right form of ALA. For R-ALA you want to take 300 mg twice per day. If you have a sensitive stomach, then always take it with food or a snack, otherwise it can cause some stomach upset. If you tell me what your symptoms are I can give you better guidance. If you prefer a private forum, feel free to email me at: info@nuphoria.com with your symptoms. Tell me how long you've had it and how bad the symptoms get. Blessings. P.S....thanks so much for liking our video. It really helps us.

fayth there are a number of products that are the correct STABALIZED R-Lipoic Acid but like you noticed, the dosage is not enough. I have been taking this for years now and I notice a difference if I run out. I take 300mg twice a day along with l-carnitine 500 mg twice a day. I wish I could take more (studies show 600 mg as the min.) but its just too expensive. I pay about 40.00 for a 60 day supply at 600mg daily and I live in the US. I am hoping to get to a point where it is healed but I am sure it will take years (low inflammation type diet/only whole food).
