Even though these games weren't as popular, I think this is a great idea and would generate a lot of buzz if they use good marketing. An amazing trailer with modern graphics would get people's attention I think. I'm desperate to see the Samanosuke and Jubei stories using a modern engine.

I think the Onimusha franchise is a bit toublesome for remasters because they based main characters off of real people, so you need to go and secure licenses for use of likeness and shit
