    Hallo! Dein Video ist sehr hilfreich. Aber wenn ich die Grafik in Affinity Designer geladen habe, wie speichere ich sie in einem Format ab, welches ich dann z.B. bei Printify hochladen kann? Und hast Du eine Empfehlung für T-Shirt Print Anbieter, wo das Design in beliebiger Größe gedruckt werden kann? Bei Printify ist immer nur ein kleiner Bereich vorgegeben. Vielen Dank!

    • @MaggiFuchs
      @MaggiFuchs  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Normalerweise brauchst du dann ein png mit transparentem Hintergrund. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, was du mit beliebiger Größe meinst… ein All-Over Druck ist normalerweise wegen der Druckmethode nicht möglich, es ist immer auf einen Druckbereich begrenzt.

    Hm, exactly this hassle made me pick Concepts, which ab ovo, immediately convert your strokes, lines, sprites, everrything into vector graphics on an unlimited size canvas with unlimited number of layers. You can export directly to SVG. The ipad version of Concepts is brutally excellent. I was on the point of going for Procreate, when I learned that it is pixel graphics, a bummer, honestly.

    Thank you. So much. Can I save layers this way?

    • @MaggiFuchs
      @MaggiFuchs  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi! Yes, when you save them like this, you save them as separate layers. This is what you need to do to vectorize them. But if you want to keep them together in one file, not vectorize them and still preserve the layers, I would recommend saving the whole document as a psd or procreate format.

    Thank for this, just to get my understanding right all you have to do is open it in affinity and it turns into a vector? Or is the affinity opening step 2 of using the online converter? can this work low res or should the size always be high res?

    • @MaggiFuchs
      @MaggiFuchs  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Katie! You have to convert it first, Affinity does not have an automatic tracing feature. And the higher the size of your artwork, the better the quality of the vector will be.

  • @ari_ame_shumi8534
    @ari_ame_shumi8534 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    For your art in procreate does everything have to be in separate layers in order to vectorize the image such as color and parts take for instance in your piece there is the rope looping the skull and hat would those need to be on separate layers?

    • @MaggiFuchs
      @MaggiFuchs  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      No, it just needs to be separated by color.

  • @RED89P13

    What about going back in to fill colors or does vectorizing this way also allow color

    • @MaggiFuchs
      @MaggiFuchs  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Well, colors are more complicated. If you want to do it directly on the iPad, I did a Skillshare class on that because there are a few more steps involved. But if you have a design that contains many colors, I would recommend to do it on a computer with a program that can handle that (e.g. Illustrator). However, if you want to use the vectorized Procreate lineart and fill it with colors in any other vector program afterwards, that should be no problem.

    AI is still the magician since it’s the only sw offering „simplify“ path and in desktop version only. Big drama. I want to use the vectorized result in Shapr3D and this solution here - which is btw. the only that works with iPad so far - creates a massive amount of anchor points. Which again slows down the performance in Shapr3D massively. So sad. :(
