For me Cara vs Energy should be like you showed it: Everyone die but not Cara - then he ports and killem all. Maybe it's worth to Immo-5 him for that.
It was maddening.
I really like his kit. And I do greatly love and enjoy when game developers do this. Assassin teams are the meta. You can barely move in PvP without running into more than a handful of insanely strong assassin / vanguard teams. So, instead of nerfing those teams, release a viable counter to them. Something that definitely keeps them from being so dominant. I'd much rather be running a really strong assassin team and come across a team with this guy in it that slows me down and actually makes me rethink my team instead of the alternative of nerfing the hell out of what makes that team viable. Too many games have been ruined because a lot of people just didn't like what another class or another team was capable of doing in an online game. So they bitch and moan and bitch and moan until the devs decide to just go nerf what they are bitching about.
I hate when people call dragging every class and every team that makes a game fun down to the bottom balance.

I want to see something I wasn’t too sure, you said he port to the back row during your patch video, but I knew before the patch even came live the teleport mechanic had something to do with HP. I just wasn’t sure if was Max or current. But now, since I know it’s Max I’ve updated my team test it will if you like. (Grade A)

The reason why earlier you were able to defeat the Kora Sin team was because Carabyne's skill was "Teleport to the Backline" they changed it to Lowest health. So they just nerfed the latest released hero.
no, it was always this way since launch. It was only "backline" in the sneak peek

Man, i was so stoked because i had new gear hp main stat for opportunistic and Hawkeye but they screwed me hard on giving me junk like c.rate and Def resist.😢. Sounds like im better off leveling Rei for events and more versatility and carabyne is a pvp focus which isnt in my pay scale

He's about the same as Taresh or Wommy, but with more of a pvp focus.
i have watched somebodys carabayne at ex30 immo+5 and he won against 10M+ kora assassins team

I dont think his doing damage that cant be delayed has anything to do with assassins they have a prototype that gives them increased damage reduction for a limited time they arent delaying any damage its just a timed damage reduction. The Prism amulet literally delays damage as well as one of the new characters I forget which has a mechanic that delays damage. I believe this carabyne kit only counters those effects and will not have any effect on the phantom cloak or assassins
Update; I think the character with damage delay in their kit i was thinking of it from another game, However i still think this is not meant to be an assassin counter since they do not have damage delay traits they gave limited damage reduction periods which is not the same thing as delaying damage. Also people who run Cabal with assassins dont rely on shields as much and shouldnt see much of an issue with this as they count more on lifesteal and nuking units down. Seems to be a very targeted vanguard counter and you might can do better against Assassins than in the past but probably still not enough
ya sins proto doesn't delay dmg it reduces dmg. the prism amulet does apply DOT but it can also remove all dmg if enemy is killed
the way i read his kit is similar to samael's ult. but sam can't counter vanguards either not with the ults atleast just the rage n energy reduction

I recommend watching Red Synja pvp videos.
Although, his heros are maxed out when he tests, but it shows you what teams are capable of doing at the highest level.
But he used 5 tanks and beat koraxia 10m CP assasins.

You might want unleashed since most of his dmg comes from his basic since he has no common skills
His basic can’t be effected by AS modifiers.

coz that is what should be the actual ex30 skill not a ex20 skill
It reads like that but the translations have been very wonky in this game. We’d need to know the Chinese wording and have it properly deciphered.

I also dont like the animation at all plus I think it doesnt even make sense since hes pulling a SPACEship into the ocean like is he invoking the ocean or did it just happen to be there in that battle

Guild tech. They are what you get for beating the Guild hunt. You use them to upgrade base stats for a given class.

Because due to his Crit reduction they can hit him but won’t damage him
