Knee injuries are the worst man, glad to see you're back out there pounding the pavement. I had a bunch of issues last year and it turns out my glutes were really weak and my quads were overcompensating and pulling on my knee. I do glute work everyday and knock on wood my knee has been alright for the last few months! Nice to see some others get out there and film their endurance progress, keep up the great work!
Thanks Brendon. Glad you're over your problems and it only takes one thing to be slightly wrong to cause issues elsewhere especially knees. I'm trying to incorporate foam rollers and some bootcamp fitness into my weekly routine to help things along. Good luck!
