We spent the afternoon at the range to test out the Ranger XR at 30 yards with seven kinds of pellets. From JSB, JTS, H&N, and Crosman Premier Hollow Points, let's see what this Ranger XR at 30 yards has to offer. The Ranger XR is micro carbine that got my attention a while back. Yes I agree it’s a great hobby. I loved shooting but it got too expensive and time consuming. So I have a house with 2 acre yard I fenced it off and made 2 ranges a short range and long range. I also had health conditions cancer and went through treatments and this was what I could do to help me heal. I started buying cheaper air guns and then started shooting more expensive guns but it was my hobby and it challenged me. Shooting paper was my challenge. You are doing great thank you for all your great videos and expert information. God Bless you my friend keep up the great videos.

We've got the collared dove here. They are as nasty as pigeons. There's no season on them being they are an invasive species. Thanks for the video Rick.
I love these small airguns. I actually use them more than anything else. So I get a greater return on my investment in that respect. So I don't mind sending more money for the very best.

That's a really low fps
Yep.. it's essentially a pistol. It's designed for accuracy at closer ranges, not power and long range. 30 yards is really too far for the design. It's better for 15 to 20 yards, but I wanted to stretch it a bit today.
