After rising at 5am, walking around a loch and seeing that beaver, we we're on the road again.
Driving east alongside the Crinan Canal and then south on the shores of Loch Fyne to Tarbert. Where we were to spend a peaceful night parked on the harbour.
There was just one problem...
Something old and of sentimental value accidentally got left behind.

As for my boots..had them over 39 years. They were well worn, but highly sentimental to us.
Trued everything to find them. Called the pub, they looked and then said.
Call the Co-Op they have all list property, but no.

Hi guys, I've been following your journey from arrival of conversion from Chapel Motorhomes until now. I have just bought a Berlingo and live in East Sussex so l was obviously interested to learn about your experience with the conversion from Chapel. My main thought is whether l should consider Dodo mat on the floor to act as an extra deadening effect to the floor as well as having the existing carpet. What did you do? And if you did not use Dodo mat are you satisfied with the deadening effect from the carpet alone. Are you on the road for Xmas?

Thanks for coming along with us. To begin with we wanted to keep the berlingo as much still a car as possible. We do at times remove the side benches and replace the rear seats to carry passengers. So we just have all the original floor carpet with a rug on top down the centre. Works fine for us. 😊🐕🚙🎄
I’m interested that you are allowed to sleep in the van in a public car park,something we can’t do here
Hi. We'd heard about parking here, but just to be sure, I went into one of the nearby shops and asked. The lady said you can't park road side, but the harbour wall belongs to the harbour commission and they don't bother. Only for small vans though. Like you say, it's getting increasingly difficult in England. A real shame 😕🐕🚙
