@@HarrodOutdoors Bud...I too own an 870 TB that I will NEVER sell. It was my first "real" shotgun. That said, I like to challenge myself and only shoot 20 or 28 gauge for all of my wild bird hunting - both SxS. It's not a right/wrong thing...just that folk with semis/pumps are often seen as "lead-throwers". Typically, they figure if they throw enough lead, something will drop. Sadly, the exact opposite is the case. I am prepared to bet you that if you put only 1 round in that semi, your birds shot-to-shells ratio will sky-rocket! You'd also save a ton of money on shells. Here's the clincher: You end up with just as many or MORE birds bagged. ;) I know....I know...
