I could however then I would be just like everyone else. Doing it this way allows me to make more videos at a faster rate which gets more information out faster. If I spent my time trying to make a video perfect, I would never have time to help clients. This house is so horribly designed. There's no form or functional to the layout. Who's idea was it to place huge glass doors and windows in the bathroom
The people who had the house built wanted that. Don't ask my why. The builder rep said they talking about putting a different glass in it. Maybe rain glass.

It's so people coming from the pool area don't traipse through your house with wet feet/dripping suits. Typically these are built with showers so guests can shower after a swim. You'd have to cover the doors with blinds/shades, obviously.

Lovely home. absolutely love the pool. also don't mind the door in the half bath I would just put in some really nice blinds.

As of today, the price per sq ft of this house is not bad at all.
