Hi Mikel I use the plastic bat to draw the circle and I cut it. That stuff works fine even the small left overs you can just put wet on the wheel head still hold the bat in the place. 🤗
Thanks, but that is a different material than what I use now :-) The material I found - for car wash, is actually much closer to the material I found is used in the commercial batmates. And its super cheap 🙂
Would your original and or new 'bat-mate' work without pins, the wheel I use does not have line so if I want to use a bag I have to attach it using clay . If it works without that would be great.
Thank you for every video! GREAT INSPIRATION!
Thanks for watching!
You're the pottery video GOAT
You are too kind :-)

In the US that's called shammy or chamois cloth!

I don't think it would be enough to keep the bat in place. Without pins you need either a bat system made for that or add a layer of clay
@@deMibPottery thank you, ever hopeful x
Are your wood bats made of pine?

:-)
Det virker super godt :-D også selv om du ikke har pins
Tak. Ja, det kan også bruges som underlag i andre situationer - og det er jo et super billigt materiale :-)
