I absolutely love your cardigan and colour choice 🍦 My first hexi cardi was using Kelsie’s great tutorial. Thank you for this I was wondering what to do with my granny squares. Thank you so much 🧶
I love those colors you chose! I had thought the swirl square would be perfect but when you did the cherry blossom squares with those colors it was perfection!
thank you sooo much! 💓 i thought the same with the swirl square but im glad i decided to try the cherry blossom squares and thankfully, i was not disappointed ✨️
I really appreciated the time taken to film and intentionally produce this video. It's so helpful, calm, and peaceful to watch. Im attempting a hexagon cardigan now and loved your thought process, and the finished result is so stunning, Angela. Beautiful work 👏 🤍🩷🤎
I don't know if I love this so much because it's Ice cream/cherry blossom themed or not but this is genuinely the most beautiful hexagon cardigan I've seen in along time 😍 it's GORGEOUS!!! . To be your first time making one, this looks perfectly professional ❤
omg thank you 🩷 i'll try and see if i can whip up a tutorial soon 🙏 but if it helps, this is the tutorial that i was initially following: th-cam.com/video/kX8cm_g6QQw/w-d-xo.htmlsi=g8J7dILSBTkLDuNe
This cardigan turned out beautiful. I just love it so much. ❤️❤️ I’m dying to make one. I love the Riley Sweater you made to. ❤️❤️👍😄 Do a tutorial on your mesh sweater to,❤️❤️❤️😁
Definitely Neapolitan Ice Cream ❤ but the detail with the white in the back really finishes it. I think not bulking up the brown trim around the sweater like the cuffs was smart. It’s very pretty especially the flowers.
Still haven't watched the video lol but I'm looking forward to it after work XD my first hexagon cardigan is still one of my favorite crochet pieces so I'm excited to see you making one! ok watching it now :D the colors you chose are fantastic! And the idea to add the granny squares to the back was genius, I have to try that sometime. Love that you were following Kelsie's tutorial, she's the crochet queen lol XD are you thinking of trying any of her other tutorials? Her thing is crop tops but I think she has some accessories too Anyways your cardigan turned out lovely! :)
aaaa thank you so much for your kind words 🫶 finishing this cardigan has definitely become one of my favorite projects as well, i should have made one earlier if i had known haha 😆 yes, you should try the granny squares too! i've always wanted to make them in a hexagon cardigan, although i didn't expect to have as much calculations as i did when i started the cardigan 😅 i'm just grateful it still turned out great tbh 😁 yes, Kelsie is definitely one of best crocheters out there, her crocheting speed never seizes to amaze me haha 🤯 since i don't really wear Kelsie's style of crops tops that much, i might have to see if i'll eventually make them too 😆 but i most probably will follow her tutorial for a hexagon pullover when i make one soon 😁
The back was so cuteee. I am working on one and it’s blue, purple, pink, and sparkly white. I am thinking of making heart granny squares but not sure haha
ooh it's just a few rounds of single crochets all around the edge of the cardigan 😅 if it helps, Passioknit Kelsie's tutorial shows that part in more detail hehe
i still strive to be able to do one stitch without looking 🫡 which is why i only watch movies i've already seen before so that i'm not really missing out on anything 😆

I can't look away from my work, I listen to audiobooks while working on something that I don't have to constantly count lol
righttt, the moment my brain needs to think or i need to do some calculations, i need to stop the audiobook to focus on crocheting 😂

thank you! 🥰🫶 i was also thinking of making a matching cat beanie~ maybe I'll get to that some time in the future 😁

Make a ruffle hat with the rest of the yarn ❤
sounds like a good idea! 🫶✨️
Makes me regret not bringing my crochet as I watch this 😔
free time without crochet be the worst 😔🤚
I’m trying so hard to understand the border around part at the end. I’ve slowed it down and my brain isn’t clicking. 😂
ooh it's just a few rounds of single crochets all around the edge of the cardigan 😅 if it helps, Passioknit Kelsie's tutorial shows that part in more detail hehe
Granny is the only stitch i can do without looking. Otherwise i watch stuff i dont need to pay attention to
