I made a great feast for my family with crabs which are rare in Yunnan.

There is no sea in Yunnan, so we just eat freshwater fishes, river shrimp, grass carp, tilapia, etc. My family members love fresh and sweet seafood, especially the plump crabs in autumn. There are several households in Shiping who raise hairy crabs. The price of their hairy crabs is half of that in other provinces. The average market price is about 12 yuan. I took 32 hairy crabs, and the boss only charged me 300 yuan. I bought some Portunid crabs and Burmese crabs at the market and made a few dishes. It's such a sweet grand feast!

I love Dianxi❤ I share her culture and family values! I also noticed that she treats the male member of her with respect, like giving grandpa the crab’s roe first, because those are special, or saving Arao the legs of the chicken, my mom does those things too
When I was in Shanghai, I really admired old people who were eating lots of seafoods without even complaining about their health condition like high blood pressure. Then as I stayed longer in that city, I’ve come to realize that the reason why mostly of their oldies are still strong and can even eat whatever foods they like, because they’re used to drinking tea and hot water every now and then which really helps in strengthening their immune system
the reason they live longer is because their healthcare doesnt cost anything lmao. imagine thinking capitalism wasnt the root of the problem
@@fireflower12 They don't have free healthcare, they don't have any social welfare. The children pay for the parents for everthing, it's why they move in when they get married.
Seafood is healthy
@@fireflower12 they’re paying when they’re having check-ups too. Unless you have an insurance. But most of them, especially those who belong to marginalized society and below, they prefer to go to traditional hospitals which prescribed them herbal teas as the cure of their disease
