The Legendary ball's supposed to appear in a Red Chest now, so it's kinda clear that Nexters wants us to purchase more and aim more for those chests...
I guess the company's always about thinking of ways to maximize/incentivize money-spending while lowering already-existing rewards.
The problem with that approach is that instead of creating surprise and fun in us players, these changes are just demotivating peeps because our expectations are quashed...
'sending feedback as always to Nexters to express our sentiments...
