Yeah a grip helps with the whole line. Added the Garitz half-case and Lensmate Thumbgrip to the X100V and it is so comfortable to hold one-handed.
Did get the Fuji adapter + filter for weather protection, plus the Fuji lens hood. Since then added the WCL-ii which currently lives on the camera with a CPL filter and the Fuji hood. I tried another brand of lens hood bcs it looked nice, BUT returned it bcs you couldn't use it with the Fuji adapter AND couldn't use it with a CPL filter.
Agree, wrist straps are great drop proof protection, and shutter buttons are just plain fun customization.

That new Sony A7SIII lookin nice 👀. But I think I'm still gonna go for the XT-4 since I won't use the A7SIII to its full potential sadly.
Love the video but it begs the question... why didn’t you just get a normal interchangeable lense mirror less . That takes care of the grip and the lens . Seems like you had to buy extra just to get the same experience as a dslr which is beside the point of the x100v ?!!
Sold the F last year, waiting for the V to arrive here TODAY :o)...I so want the flip screen and SHARP lens, many more little improvements too, I also ordered the smaller lens hood that allows original cap to use , I liked this on the F...will get a UV filter and make camera lens water resistant some day. what is the name grip you have, may get in future, will see how I like the new design.
Ed having that weather sealing on the V was a major reason why i considered it before picking up the F. In the future I may end up getting the V for that sole reason. And I’m using the Metrocase grip for the X100 series. Pretty basic grip but allows me to one hand so much easier. Enjoy man!
