Super insightful 🤩 Living in a new place is never easy but an important learning opportunity. The Japanese do love their rules. Everything is ルールはルールだから🤌🏽 here 😂
What a cute girl. Sorry you feel like that. Hope will be better. Thank you for sharing all those informations. It will be helpful as soon i will relocate as well. And you are so pretty…..
It's interesting hearing your perspective. I remember being in Saudi for a few years. My wife stayed at home which adds to the pressure of always having to go out. After she started teaching English (perhaps once a week at first), that was much better for her and she got to meet a few locals. I was looking at the map of Business Bay, there's a Japanese school there, you never know you could get a job there helping out if you get too bored, even just once a week, not for everyone, just an idea. Dubai is constantly changing/improving. I was there for a while (high pressure project), I didn't exactly enjoy it, but I understand the reasons. Things have changed, but on paper Dubai is ticking a lot of boxes, so I'm heading back, but a little differently this time. When I'm back later this year (God willing) it'll be different...UK (currenty location)...will largely be the same 🤔(perhaps worse). I always give allowances to Dubai though, seeing as all this is after 50 years, and the story is still being written, and the leader has a vision (which is important). You mentioned women only taxis and metro carridges...imagine if Tokoyo had those 😶I few days ago I happened to watch a video about how women/school girls can get harrassed on the metro in Japan. A women only carridge would instantly solve that problem...but I guess it's men in charge so it'll probably will never happen. I won't get a car at first, but perhaps later, so location and the amenities are kinda important when you just walk everywhere (and not just in winter). I get the sun thang though, I'm pretty much solar powered 😆and the mornings are so bright and I miss that...and being near the sea...and almost forgot CheeseCakeFactory! 😍
Hi, I remember you mentioning you were heading back to Dubai. There are so many new developments happening that I think even one year makes a huge difference here! It may be a whole new experience for you. Japan actually does have women only metro carriages, but only in effect during the rush hour in the mornings. I can definitely see the appeal of sunny Dubai if you're coming from the UK haha. Thanks for taking the time to comment!
definitely agree with you on those crazy taxi drivers. I find if you're willing to pay a bit more for the lexus drivers, you can actually sit through a trip without having to pray for your life.
Thank you so much Suzu, your videos are always well balanced and well presented, keep up the great work
Wow thank you! 🥹
I very much enjoy watching your video. I can always learn something new thanks !

wow, it's so weird to hear that people like the heat. I can't adapt to heat at all, even though I've really tried

Thank you!! Definitely agree, many lessons along the way!
ルールはルールだから😂make it make senseeee
Considering move there next year, are you currently married?
As me and my girlfriend aren't sure about the unmarried rules.
Yes I’m married! But we haven’t experienced any situations where it mattered so I don’t think you need to worry too much
