I thank God for my landlord! I pay $700 for a 3 bedroom house with fenced in pack yard. Been here 8 yrs and he has never once talked about raising my rent. It’s like 1300 for an apartment and about the same for a house now. Crazy crazy prices!
Love love love your new apartment! It was meant to be. Now your bedroom it’s so huge. You can put a recliner on each side of the bed. And hubby, we have our own recliners so it’s always nice to watch TV at the end of the day and recline and just relax.❤
Yes very important. I made the mistake of not doing it one time and the slum lord tried to pin things on me that were there when I moved in. I left the place cleaner and even fixed some things that were messed up before me. I’ve been on both sides of this. Being an apartment manager and renting. I always told my tenants to ALWAYS ALWAYS write every little thing down and to also take pictures so they didn’t get charged for things that they didn’t do.

Congratulations. 🎉 A blessing with your name on it. I'm relocating South from North, and I have so much anxiety. I'm moving solo to a state where I don't know anyone. This is where God showed me. I have to trust Him lead.
For the sink buy a drying rack and place it on one side of the sink like hanging off the sides so you can still wash then when they are washed but them on the rack once everything is clean rinse the dishes on the rack
